Excellent from check in, room upkeep, breakfast to check out, especially the warmth help from the team to collect/retrieve my reading glasses that left at Triadou aussmann, after have I check out and left for CDG Terminal 1. Well done to the team for your help and hospitality.

2023年より久しぶりの滞在です。今回は退院後の久しぶりぶりのヨーロッパへの長距離の移動でかなり不安がありました。が、やはり何度か滞在しているこちらを選んで正解でした。どこへ行くにも立地が便利なのはもちろん、スタッフの暖かい日本語で言う「おもてなし」にはとても安心しました。ただ、アコーホテルズの目指すサスティナブルの観点からかアメニティがかなり少なくなっていたのと、エレベーターホールにゴミ箱があったのが少し残念な気がしました。文化の違いでしょうか？ でも、またパリに行く時にはぜひ滞在したいと思います!

Sehr zentral gelegen, Metro, Bus, Cafés, Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Durch hin und her mit einer Buchung für Freunde und einem Missverständnis hatten wir 2 Zimmer gebucht und hätten eigentlich zumindest 1 Nacht zahlen müssen. Die Dame am Empfang hat mit der Managerin gesprochen und kulanterweise wurde das Zimmer kostenfrei storniert. Danke nochmal dafür!! Wir waren zum 2. Mal da und kommen wieder!
