Staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and comfortable. The reason I gave 9 and not 10 is that the rooms are a bit small but fine for a short stay.

Nice stay in mercure opera , most of the time I prefer to stay for exclent location for shopping and sightseeing

Solid location. Privilege room I stayed in was also very comfortable. For context, I was given the ADA room but am not disabled, so that's potentially why it was bigger than the other rooms. Breakfast was OK. I would love it if the egg station were more robust with other side dish options.
