Relatively new furbished. Petite but cozy. Staffs are friendly.

When we arrived in the evening, we had to wait 15min due there was nobody at the reception. No welcome as a member. A little information was provided (breakfast). Room was according to us too expensive for the price it was charged.

WELL LOCATED, HAVE STAYED HERE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THIS TIME SIBCE THEY GIVE A BOTTLE OF WELCOME AMENITY, THEY DIDN'T UPGRADE MY ROOM ALTHOUGH I AM A DIAMOND MEMBER. NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED.SO THIS TRIP WILL BE MY LAST STAYING AT THIS HOTEL, NEXT TIME WILL STAY AT IHG OR GHA HOTELS.

Regarding breakfast, we would also like to clarify the Diamond Member benefits policy. Complimentary breakfast for Diamond Members is offered worldwide on weekends, and daily only within the Asia-Pacific region. As your stay took place during weekdays outside of Asia-Pacific, complimentary breakfast was not included on this occasion. We are sorry to hear that your overall experience did not meet your expectations during this visit.
