Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and very clean. As with most Paris hotel rooms, it was very small this was fine for my teen and I for a two night stay but any longer and it would have been a challenge. Particularly if you have large luggage to accommodate. In the room there was one small bottle of water for two people and no glassware to drink from. The kettle had coffee and tea but again no porcelain cup, only paper cups which I don't expect at a hotel of this calibre. The staff were very nice and friendly, the space was well cared for and in excellent condition and I would absolutely stay here if I was in Paris again.

We're currently working on replacing the paper cups with reusable ones, which requires new equipment and extra staff to manage daily collection and cleaning across our 140 rooms. In the meantime, please feel free to request glassware from the front desk on your next stay. We regret that the room size did not fully meet your expectations. For added comfort, we suggest reserving a Privilege room or suite next time, which offers more space, upscale Mercure bedding, a Nespresso machine, complimentary minibar, premium toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Had a great 3 night stay. Close to metro also good selection of cafes and restaurants close by. Staff super friendly, breakfast delicious and great variety. Room was small but immaculate and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.
