No usual amenities offered. No recognition of status whatsoever. Water's to be self retrieved via a dispenser in the lobby.

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are deeply sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to ensure that all our guests feel comfortable and well cared for, and we sincerely apologize if you felt a lack of consideration during your stay. Please be assured that we did our utmost to make you feel welcome, notably by arranging three rooms on the same floor for your convenience and by adding a special touch to your room prior to your arrival. We are truly sorry that the room amenities did not meet your satisfaction. For a future stay, we would be pleased to recommend our Privilege Rooms or Privilege Suites. These more spacious accommodations offer Mercure’s upscale bedding and a range of additional services, including a Nespresso machine, complimentary minibar, premium toiletries, as well as bathrobes and slippers. We offer one water bottle per room at the beginning of the stay, which you are welcome to refill at our water fountain. While we understand that practice may differ in other hotels, this is a deliberate choice we have made as part of our efforts to reduce our ecological impact. The room was very small and a little bit dirty No drinks at the arrival and as platinum member I expect to have a room a little buy bigger or not next to the elevator I’m traveling a lit and this hotel is not 4 stars

We were particularly surprised by your comment regarding the room size, as you were allocated the exact same room category and surface during your stay last March. The room sizes are also mentioned transparently on our official website so that our guests can make an informed choice before booking. However, you might prefer our Privilege rooms which is the rom type you booked for your stay among us in January. Regarding your ALL loyalty profile, we noted that no room preferences had been registered prior to your stay. This unfortunately limited our ability to anticipate an allocation that better suited your expectations. Following your message, I have now added your preference “away from the elevators” to your member profile in order to tak it into account for all your future stays. Do not hesitate to share with us others preferences you may have to fully personnalized your stays. We sincerely apologize for the cleaning issue you mentioned. As it was not reported during your stay, we were not able to address it immediately. Should this happen again, please do not hesitate to inform us directly so we can intervene without delay and ensure the comfort you expect. Be sure we shared you comen with the Housekeeper Manager to prevent it. Finally, your welcome drink as a Platinum member is indeed included and available in digital format within your ALL application. We regret if this was not clearly communicated upon arrival and will remind our team to announce it systematically during check-in. Near Metro Station and Bus Stop. But as a Accor platinum member, i can’t early check-in (arround 10AM). But the room is clean.
