my flight was at night, I wanted to take a shower just before I go to the airport, then front staff offered me to extend chack-out time.

Please make food variation that more suitable to Asian taste

Checkin person was not friendly at all. He took other people while it was my turn. He was careless and didn't get back to when he promised to. Room is noise at night and early morning. No upgrades or early check Room was to smal the toilets are even smaller

We sincerely regret the disappointment you felt regarding the welcome and the comfort of your room. Regarding your arrival, we would like to kindly clarify that our team was pleased to welcome you and that your room was made available at around 1:45 p.m., prior to our official check-in time of 2:00 p.m. Our team did its best to prepare and assign your room as soon as possible. We are also sorry if the waiting time and the attention given to other guests made you feel uncomfortable. As your room request required particular consideration as you came as a family, we put you in communicating rooms and we did our best to allocate you the most suitable rooms for your stay. We always strive to accommodate such requests whenever possible and regret if this process gave the impression of unequal treatment. The rooms given to other guests before you were different categories of rooms which were already ready to welcome clients. Please be assured that it not a lack of consideration. In regards of the size of the room, you had reserved a Standard Double Room, which is indicated on our website and booking platforms as having a surface area of 12 m². For a future stay, we would be delighted to recommend one of our Privilege Rooms or Privilege Suites, which offer more space and additional amenities such as a complimentary minibar, Nespresso machine, toiletries, bathrobe, and more. Once again, we truly regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and restore your confidence during a future stay in Paris. I wasn’t expecting the windows to be so poorly insulated. My room was on the first floor facing the street, and I could hear everything happening outside throughout the night, especially since there's the bar in front. That’s not ideal when you’re travelling for work and need a good night’s sleep. Given the price I paid, I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I also mentioned this at checkout, but the staff seemed uninterested of my feedback despite they asked how my stay was.
