Business trip. I stay regularly at this hotel as it's convenient and reliable. €200 for a standard single room is getting slightly expensive though

I thought the attention to details is not as good as other Mercure hotels. I was staying several nights for example and the water bottle was not changed. The breakfast room is also too small for the number of guests. As an aside, i have to book the hotel myself to receive points rather than use my company travel agent egencia, otherwise I don't get points, but prices are similar. I don't understand your policy and you will lose me as a customer ultimately.

The hotel was fine for our 3 night stay - and is within walking distance of many of Paris' best sights. My wife and I are just sorry that the bedroom itself, not the bed, was rather small and apparently the only room with a window looking onto a blank, internal shaft. Staff were all very agreeable and helpful.

Pros: * quiet * bed Cons: * WiFi quality – really poor, especially in the evening * towels – thin, used and with holes! * shower – I practically had to be on the wall to get some water on me! * stairs – I stayed for 7 nights (hinting at a large luggage) and I was given a room only accessible through narrow stairs

I stay here a couple of times a month on business for 2 nights at a time, the rooms are always clean, the staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotless. Located just a little walk away from Madeleine it's a great location. I use the on site gym whilst I'm here which is a great bonus. I haven't used the spa but there is one on site available for booking.

As usual rooms in Paris are quite small, but yours are very well designed and the bathroom was very satisfactory. I had a comfortable stay. For entertainment I messed a bit larger variety of German TV programs (I just found 1). I surely will use your Hotel again (pretty soon).

Staffs are very friendly and helpful! The only thing I complaint was the hair dryer is too weak. It took too long to dry my hair.

We were looking forward to 5 nights in your hotel but our stay was far from acceptable. I will also be writing on Trip Advisor as I have never had such a poor experience. The first night out room was 28 degrees and we couldn’t sleep. All the front desk said was that this was a problem in the hotel and to keep the window open, which we tried but found very noisy. The next night it was freezing with no heat. The remaining 3 nights were either boiling hot or freezing. The front desk had no response other than that this is a normal situation in the hotel. This is totally unacceptable and had we not prepaid we would have gone elsewhere. We will never stay at another Accor hotel and will tell others the same. Thank you for the survey.

Location of hotel was perfect. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was average. We were surprised by room size being too small but I guess we are in Paris!
