I wasn’t expecting the windows to be so poorly insulated. My room was on the first floor facing the street, and I could hear everything happening outside throughout the night, especially since there's the bar in front. That’s not ideal when you’re travelling for work and need a good night’s sleep. Given the price I paid, I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience. I also mentioned this at checkout, but the staff seemed uninterested of my feedback despite they asked how my stay was.

We fully understand how important a good night’s sleep is, especially when traveling for business, and we regret that the sound insulation of your street-facing room did not meet your expectations, particularly given the nearby bar. We are also very sorry if you felt that your comments were not given proper attention at check-out. My daughter stayed which was a celebration of her 18th birthday and she was so very well looked after and they decorated her room too and helped provide chocolates

Lovely small hotel with modern check-in experience. Rooms are very clean and well appointed, but very small (considering the price we paid). Staff was friendly, but lack some tools. They were unable to make a dinner reservation for me, although they were willing. Questions about where to eat or have breakfast were best answered with Google.

Our rooms are laid out differently, even though the sizes of the rooms as advertised on the website are very similar. If we had known that you were not happy with the size of the room, we would have been delighted to try to find a room that would have suited you better. We also understand the difficulties you encountered when trying to book a table at a restaurant. Our team strives to provide the best service possible, but our hotel does not have a concierge service and many restaurants require a credit card to reserve a table. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the roissybus so very easy arriving from CDG. Located on a quiet st very close to Gare Saint Lazare. Staff very friendly and welcoming, room was a single and while small it was perfect for one and on 4th floor. Bed was more of a small double than a single though.
