Savoir que vous avez trouvé notre personnel exceptionnel et réactif est une véritable récompense pour l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs, qui ont à cœur d'offrir le meilleur accueil possible à chacun de nos hôtes. Nous sommes toutefois désolés pour l'attente rencontrée lors de la mise à disposition de votre chambre ainsi que pour les difficultés d'accès à la chambre qui vous a été proposée. Nous comprenons parfaitement que la présence d'un escalier étroit puisse être contraignante, notamment avec des bagages volumineux.
