The room is really small for a 4 star rating and the equipment in the room was cheap: cardboard glasses for instance

A good Paris hotel in an excellent location. As usual in Paris the rooms are small, but the room was well appointed. Check in was quick. Really good bar just across the road. Recommended.

The location was excellent, plenty of shops and eateries on the doorstep. Great transport links also. The staff and hotel itself provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay 😊

I normally have nothing negative to say about this hotel. However this time we had to endure an alarm test (not an emergency) which was deafening. Also the housekeeper came into the room without knocking when i was in the bathroom. I mentioned these matters upon checkout and expected some kind of gesture, which wasn't forthcoming. A bit disappointing I may say.

However, please kindly note that these tests are part of mandatory safety procedures, required to ensure the protection and well-being of all our guests and staff. For this reason, no commercial gesture can be applied in this context, as these operations are essential. Concerning the housekeeping incident, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. As you mentioned, our team member immediately apologised, but we fully agree that this should not have happened. Be sure that a reminder will be shared with our housekeeping team to reinforce our standards and avoid any recurrence. Positives : Well located and friendly staff, fast check out and parking near by at cost. However, rooms were super small and breakfast area unable to accommodate all the hosts leading to queues during rush hours. We booked a double room but we had our 5-years old child with us, at arrival we understood that we could not be 3 in the room (by law) - they kindly found a two room connected ( at obviously a double charge), ended costing double than plan. Advises: 1/ Make sure you respect the max occupancy. 2/ Breakfast is good but waiting for a table removes all the entertainment… so consider having breakfast elsewhere.
