Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to provide some clarification regarding the air conditioning in your room. During your stay, France experienced an exceptional heatwave. In Paris, outside temperatures reached nearly 40°C for several consecutive days, placing all air conditioning systems under unusual strain. Under such conditions, leading organizations remind us that an air conditioning system is designed to maintain a reasonable difference between the outside and inside temperatures, in order to ensure both the comfort of the occupants and the proper functioning of the equipment. Despite outside temperatures approaching 35°C, our system maintained a temperature of approximately 22°C in your room, a difference of about 13°C compared to the outside. This performance, far exceeding the differences usually sought in air conditioning, demonstrates the effective operation of our equipment under truly exceptional weather conditions. For these technical reasons, it was not possible to maintain a lower room temperature during this heatwave without exceeding the normal operating conditions of the facilities. Concerning the equipment in your room, please note that this is not a refrigerator that you have in your room but a minibar. The temperature is therefore not the same, a minibar does not have the same functionality of food preservation as a refrigerator. However, I take note of this remark to evoke the preference of some of our customers for a refrigerator in room and communicate it to the management. We understand, however, that the heat may have affected your comfort, and we sincerely regret this. Your feedback is valuable and helps us to continuously improve our guests' experience.
