Pillows were horrible. Room was stuffy and very tight. I had a jacket stolen from the bathroom on the ground floor and while the staff did check the video footage of the incident, there was no follow up or support offered to me. I would not recommend your staff or their level of professionalism because of this.

We have different types of pillows available upon request, so please do not hesitate to ask us next time. Regarding your stolen jacket, we are surprised to read your feedback as it does not align with our recollection of events. After you informed us that you had forgotten your jacket in the ground floor restroom for over 45 minutes, we reviewed the camera footage and provided you with a detailed report. Additionally, we assisted you by locating the nearest police station where you could file a report during the weekend, as our hotel is not authorized to accept complaints directly. We also informed you that our hotel remains available to cooperate with the police should they need access to the camera footage. We understand that this incident impacted your stay; however, the hotel is not responsible for unattended items left in public areas. Gt Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Location great. It's near but not too near the main train station, so it's safe and not noisy. A big plus is that there is no lack of food options that are within walking distance. Super near Galleries Lafayette. Room is very very small, which I suppose is typical of Paris hotels but still a shock to me. I would say the room is clean and has the bare necessities. Nothing fancy. Hotels staff very responsive when you call them. Good service!
