Only after checking and going up the room with my bags i found out the air condition was not working. Called and the front desk and the person came up very fast. After checking the room aircondition panel and press a few buttons and told me it would be ready in 20mins, auto turn on. After waiting for more than 30mins i called front desk again and finally they told me the Aircondition is down and will not be able to fix by today. Should have at least be upfront and honest to tell me the A/C was down and if i would still like to check in or help me to find another hotel.

The room was clean to my liking. The AC was barely working during the heatwave no one could explain how to use the AC. The hallways were so hot I am not sure how your employees can work in such conditions. You closed your restaurant all day for the Hermes party and then that night for an event. There was no where on property to eat dinner that night. We had to fight with the chef to get dinner served in the bar. The 2nd night at 3am your security barged into our room to do a "Vacancy check" when we had a do not disturb sign on the door. Moreover your team told us many times that you had no vacant rooms so I am not sure what he checking. He scared us to almost have a heart attack. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone really. While the location is good and I did like the room there were too many issues and your team is not very professional. We moved to Hotel Fauchon, much better service and the AC worked perfectly for 4 nights during the heatwave. The team there is much more professional than Delano.
