Easy check in. Great cocktails at the bar. Grateful for the room upgrade. Quiet location and close to shopping. Friendly staff. Was disappointed with the concierge service. Difficulty with receiving responses from concierge. Poor communication.

The hotel staff customer service was fantastic! The little details made the difference from the bed being always made, room tidied up, fresh towels, great food and drinks, the amenities like the steamer, blow dryer, and umbrellas. Perfect location, great food and service. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area was a really cool atmosphere too with some great drink menu, which was a nice bonus.
