Friendly and helpful staff that was always there when needed and very responsive. Room on the courtyard was roomy, comfortable and gave us a Parisian feel. Perfect home base for experiencing the city and quiet place to retire to at the end of the day. BTW - love the heated toilet seat…

We had the pleasure at staying at Maison Delano Paris for four nights in early March. The hotel rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Your staff was very nice and helpful and they accommodated our every request. We will definitely stay with you again!

Our hotel room was wonderful - the space, etc was well designed and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. What was below our expectations was the food at the hotel - from dinner at the restaurant, to breakfast, it was underwhelming and did not live to our expectations.
