The rooms were nice and the location was great. The staff were uneven and tended not to be at the level one would expect at a 5-Star Hotel.

The staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. Our one week stay was coordinated through the assistance of their concierge team which was always quick to respond to emails and thoroughly took the time when met in person, to ensure our needs were met. The food and beverage manager was so pleasant as well. Laura, also went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The breakfast was great, and the room was updated and clean.

I had a truly wonderful stay for the third time at this 5-star hotel in Paris. The location is superb, with easy access to all the major attractions. The service is always exceptional – the staff goes above and beyond, even assisting with restaurant bookings and offering excellent local recommendations. The room itself was spacious, with tasteful decoration and a very comfortable bed and pillows that made for a restful night's sleep. There was ample cupboard space for all our belongings, and the overall interior design was both elegant and welcoming. A perfect base for exploring Paris – highly recommended!

Our relationship with Maison Delano began weeks before our brief trip, with email communication among the concierge team. This team is UNMATCHED in their professionalism, attitude, response time and expertise in what they do best - make things happen more easily for visitors to this stunning city. In addition to our warm welcome by staff, we were greeted with beautiful gifts in celebration of my daughter's birthday. This atmosphere of welcome remained our entire stay, with pristine housekeeping, extraordinary room service (a fruit plate to die for!), attentive hotel porters who assisted with luggage and taxis, and every single staff member both in front of and behind the scenes.
