Service was friendly, but we noticed the hotel looked like it was an older hotel with hasty remodeling. We've been to the original Delano in Miami and the Paris Delano is not as luxurious and definitely looks better in your marketing photos.

We actually arrived and there was an issue with our air conditioning. Given that it was late at night, we were promptly moved to a room of the same category and everyone was very gracious and apologetic.

My wife and I had a wonderful return visit to Hotel Maison Delano. From our arrival to our departure all aspects of the stay were perfect.
