The architecture and the hotel was very nice, but there were several major problems - most notably I have a severe blood pressure condition connected to the medication I’m taking. I have ordered a decaf espresso as I really have to avoid caffeine. I am sure I was served a normal espresso as that’s what the bill said. After drinking it I started to experience severe sweats, dizziness and nausea and extremely high heart rate. Effects typical of caffeine intake while on the aforementioned medication. This made me need to seek medical attention at the airport. This was the major problem and I feel very much saddened as I try maintain my status and a long lasting relationship with the Accor group. The room was very nice although there was a very bad smell coming from the toilet for the whole time.

With the loss of the restaurant the hotel felt much less lively and dynamic. We have stayed a few times since opening and really loved it and even put it on our our list of recommendations to friends. While the staff was friendly the over all experience was underwhelming. Unfortunately the food experience was sub par for your brand and pedigree.

I am writing to share feedback following our stay at your hotel from December 20 to December 23, under the name Zijun O.. First, I would like to sincerely thank your team for their assistance in recovering the earring we accidentally left in the room. We truly appreciated the professionalism and care shown in handling this matter. That said, I feel it is important to also raise a concern that significantly impacted our stay. Unfortunately, the bathtub in our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. As it was so gross to see some dirty stuffs coming out from the tube. This was not a minor issue and affected our comfort and confidence in the room’s hygiene, making it difficult for us to fully enjoy the experience. That is the reason why I keep remember this issue. We chose Maison Delano Paris because of its reputation for high standards and attention to detail, which made this particularly disappointing. While we understand that oversights can occur, cleanliness—especially in the bathroom—is a fundamental expectation for a hotel of this level. Due to onward travel after our departure, I am writing shortly after check-out, but felt it was important to formally share this feedback. I hope you will understand our disappointment and consider an appropriate gesture of compensation in light of this experience. Thank you for taking the time to review our feedback.
