Maison Delano is a really great hotel. The staff was especially great, especially the concierge staff -- Carl Philipp Kunerth and Tristan. They made reservations for us all over and gave us guidance and Carl even helped us check into our return flights. When we arrived my friend Michael Madonna, who was also staying at the hotel, needed a doctor and you arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Was really great!! The hotel is so pretty with great food -- love the restaurant and the bar had great drinks and was really pretty. I only have two things to suggest to improve: I am allergic to most perfumes and scents and the whole hotel smelled like perfume. That is not necessary and I would remove that. Also--the bathroom floor flooded every time I took a shower and that was the same with my friend. And I heard one other guest talk about it -- I think the shower door is not sealed? Not sure, but you should fix that -- you don't want people slipping and falling. But honestly, other than those two things, I would definitely stay with you again. I loved it!!

I love this hotel. I come here every year. The rooms in the courtyard have no sun and are loud from music . Vagrants sat on the steps in the middle of the night outside my room and security did nothing to remove them
