I have stayed here several times in the last year and it is always a great stay. From the large rooms, amazing and attentive staff, and a fantastic location a stay at Maison Delano is always one that feels like coming home when in Paris.

The hotel is in an enviable location (if you have to be on that side of the river), perfect for business appointments. Hotel owners have capitalized on location and good photography -- no genuine substance. My room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a joke for a supposed 5-star property. The common spaces are charmless. The hotel also smells poorly overall. Renovations were largely superficial and many corners were cut -- the fundamental elements of the bathrooms still look to be from c. 1995. The staff was very nice and helpful overall. They did, however, forget about my wake-up call and called me an hour late(!). I cannot recommend this property to anyone at a 5-star rate, and for 3 or 4 stars in Paris, one has a million option with a trillion times more charm. What a disappointment. Pass.

The room thermostat not showing the temperature made it extremely challenging to determine the right temperature for the room. It was a guessing game that almost always failed. The shower was small and surrounded by curtains that kept blowing in on you making it challenging to shower. Given the price, these feel like critical gaps on essential room features.
