This was our first stay at Maison Delano and we found the hotel very welcoming, a kind of boutique, not so crowded and very comfortable. Hotel staff was extremely helpful by all means. The only thing we can complain is one of the elevators remain unfixed during our 3 nights stay causing long waits in front of the elevator.

Good property/rooms, staff are fine but could provide a better guest experience.

It was nice. The only thing - the service at the reception was not fast and Delano cafe service took much time. And for me not comfortable that the buthroom is in the room, I need more privacy

The first two rooms we were given didn’t have working air conditioning. Staff found us a new room on our second night with working air conditioning, and handled the matter well.

there were several mini bar charges on our account that were not ours. When I checked out they assured me that they had been removed - my final bill (including taxes) after these adjustments and credits was approx 680 euros - the charge that showed on my credit card this morning was more than what was told to me at check out. i was charged almost $1200! this was not what was shown me as my final bill.

Stayed 4 nights at Maison Delano. Located on a quiet street but close many major attractions and walking distance to the best shops in Paris. It is a small boutique hotel so don’t expect swimming pool or a large lobby. The staff was very friendly and particularly Nasser in the restaurant was very accommodating and gracious. Would stay here again if back in Paris.

Arrived and were well treated, felt appreciated and the front office gentleman thoroughly explained the hotel, how breakfast worked and other credits with our room. The room exceeded expectations, with 20 foot ceilings, bathroom with giant separate tub, 2 sinks and a walk in shower. Private separate toilet room.

I'm a guest from China. A few days ago, I brought my daughter to Kempinski. Along the way, we were all very nervous because my English was very poor. The Chinese often say "如沐春风", which means that when encountering beautiful things, it's like the warm spring breeze blowing. This is my feeling at Kempinski. Sophie van Gemert and Justin Jankovic at the front desk, the manager of the restaurant and every staff member of the restaurant have given us unlimited warmth, patience and care. When I cancelled the rest of my itinerary and returned to Kempinski, the front desk staff still remembered me, and the restaurant staff even remembered our room number. They took special care of us every day, which made us feel at ease and secure in a foreign land. My hiking trip in Ingersoll was perfect, and I felt angelic care in the land of angels. Looking forward to returning to Kempinski again. May the silent efforts of every staff member be seen by more people.

We were blown away by the professionalism and warmth exuded by the team at the Maison Delano. The hotel brings a top tier of cleanliness partnered with a boutique and quintessential "Paris" feel with gorgeous, historic rooms. We were just a stones throw away from our favorite shopping, and a short uber to many of the main sites. I would stay here again 10 times out of 10!

2 bedroom suite worked very well for our family of 4 - two generously sized beds that can sleep 4 easily, with plenty of room and space to feel comfortable. The courtyard and building are all gorgeous and the hotel is very well located within Paris, but is setback from main roads so remains quiet. Would recommend to anyone who is travelling with family

I was allocated a room next to the elevator. It was extremely noisy; and I could literally hear, constantly, various noises coming from outside the room, including people taking, elevator button noise, people opening or closing doors, etc. it was very difficult to sleep. One of the most uncomfortable stays I have ever had with Accor.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel, especially as an Accor Gold member and considering that I contacted the hotel well in advance regarding an important personal occasion. Before arrival, I requested three things: a possible room upgrade, early check-in due to an early flight, and help preparing a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, whose birthday was the day after our arrival — a fresh bouquet of flowers and balloon decoration in the room. Unfortunately, almost everything went wrong. Upon arrival, I was immediately told that no upgrade was available. Regarding early check-in, I was told I could have a room at around noon. At approximately 12:00 I was given a room, but it appeared to be one of the least attractive rooms in the category and looked noticeably different from the hotel photos. I asked whether I could at least have a room corresponding to the advertised standard. The hotel agreed, but I had to wait again. In the end, I received the new room only at 3:00 PM — the standard check-in time. I had been promised it would be ready earlier and that someone would call me, but nobody did. Even the usual Accor Gold welcome drink was never offered. Overall, my Gold status felt completely meaningless at this hotel. The handling of the birthday bouquet was even more astonishing. I had arranged it as a surprise for the following day. Instead, on arrival I saw the bouquet simply standing on a table at reception. A member of staff openly pointed at it in front of us and asked me, “This is your bouquet — do you like it?” This completely destroyed the surprise. Even worse, the flowers had been prepared a full day before I intended to give them, despite my request for a fresh bouquet on the actual birthday. My girlfriend could easily have thought that I had simply taken a bouquet from the reception desk. I asked the hotel to redo it, but the entire situation was absurd and embarrassing. The room decoration was perhaps the worst part. I had arranged it in advance and was repeatedly assured that everything would be prepared. We returned to the room that evening expecting the promised birthday surprise. What we found were four small, half-deflated balloons and a bottle of wine. That was it. Calling this “birthday decoration” in a hotel of this level is frankly embarrassing. I had tried to organize something special for someone important to me, and instead it looked cheap, careless and almost ridiculous. It genuinely spoiled the mood on the evening before her birthday. As it was already late, there was no manager available to resolve the situation. When I complained the following morning, I was suddenly told that what we had seen was supposedly “not the actual decoration” and that they had always intended to decorate the room later that morning. This explanation was very difficult to take seriously, as it was completely different from what had been communicated to me beforehand. Only after my complaint did the hotel finally arrange proper balloons and decoration — in the middle of the birthday itself rather than in advance as requested. By then, of course, the surprise had already been ruined. So this is how I spent an important personal occasion at this hotel: waiting until the standard check-in time despite promises of early check-in, receiving practically no Accor Gold recognition, having the birthday bouquet displayed openly at reception and the surprise spoiled, and finding four half-deflated balloons instead of the birthday decoration that had been arranged in advance. I fully understand that upgrades and early check-in are subject to availability. That is not the main issue. The real problem was the complete lack of coordination, attention to detail and follow-through on things the hotel had explicitly agreed to arrange. For a hotel positioned at this level, and particularly within the Accor network, I expected considerably better.

Very nice staff, accommodations, helpful, easy to understand, comfortable rooms and food was good.
