Did not feel like a 5* hotel. Considering the price we paid just felt as though we did not get our monies worth. We asked if there were any bigger rooms as there was 4 of us and got told all the room sizes are the same. But then saw that the room opposite was a bigger room. So why could they not tell us the truth and if it was occupied then to tell us the big rooms are occupied. There was no sofa in our room. We mentioned it but was disregarded. When we raised our concerns about the room they said they were permenant stains. Our bathtub kept leaking out the water. Had a massive puddle daily and the towels we placed down were always soaking. The curtains were ripped and had holes. My son had tripped because his leg got caught in the rip of the curtain. The staff at the entrance were nice and welcoming but the staff at the desk did not even give any eye contact or acknowledgement when i was standing there waiting to be served. They were not serving anyone whilst standing there but could have acknowledged and said be with you in 1 minute. At breakfast had to ask for our hotdrinks more than once on a few occasions. I asked for a highchair for my baby on the 1st day at breakfast. No one even came back to me on that. Breakfast options almost limited considering the rating and price.
