Friendly service, clean and pleasant.

Basic hotel. Clean, modern and efficient.

The first two days were quiet but there was a school trip that stayed in the hotel on the last night cud hear kids screaming kept us up all night

I like staying at your hotel because the reception team know me and so I can get checked in easily. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I get a good night's rest. Its not luxurious, but it's certainly good enough for my business trips.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful even though I had mistakenly booked the wrong days. She sorted out my reservation with no extra cost. Breakfast was also good.

The overall stay was fine. It's at checking in that our stay almost got ruined when we got there and were told only one room was booked even though we've booked 2 rooms. I showed the various emails trails & confirmations we received from the Hotel to the Clerk on duty, who couldn't understand how such mistake could have happened after seeing the evidence. Eventually after 15 mins of waiting, during which I was getting seriously annoyed at the cock-up, the Clerk managed to find us the second room so all was well in the end but I was not happy at finding ourselves in that situation after all the communications we've had with the Hotel to book 2 rooms. I even sent an email the day of our departure from London to check on our bookings and even gave an estimated time of arrival and received an email back while we were on the Eurostar confirming all was well so you can imagine my shock when we got there after travelling all day, tired and looking forward to settling in and be told our booking was not registered as promised.

Bedroom was very clean as was the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They also mostly spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Location of the hotel was very good as it was easy to get into central Paris by tram and metro. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: clean and well maintained. Free and reasonably fast wifi Not expensive, but not really cheap either. Negative: Small room No curtains No armchair Desk so small there is barely room for a laptop Limited selection of breakfast. Miss some cheese, ham or other other charcuteries and vegetables.

Convenient location. Clean room. Friendly receptionist on our arrival. She was very helpful providing a lot of information.

The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a short stay. Check in is easy and the team polite and helpful. The only downside is that the walls are thin, so if you have a noisy guest next door it can disturb your sleep.

The welcome was very brief, the rooms are not sound-proof and the breakfast common. But the price is fair
