Where do I start? The room has absolutely nothing! We had a double bed for 2 ppl and it was just that, a bed. Nowhere to put your clothes, nowhere to put your toiletries, no drawers and a tiny bathroom.

Good: 1. the room was clean. 2. we had room service everyday. 3. staff were so friendly and talked English as well. 4. Easy Access to Paris Center via Tram and Metro. 5. Safe neighborhood. 6. Eiffel Tower view from second floor! We loved that. 7. Breakfast limited but good enough for the price. Bad: 1. The triple room was extremely small. The beds filled the whole room and we could not even walk 2 steps. (Still considering the price there is no complain about that!) 2. No minibar, closet, or trash bin in room. 3. Windows were locked and we were not allowed to open them. We really could’ve appreciate some fresh air :(

I wanted to send a quick note to say how much I appreciated the reception team. In particular, Ben was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind, and he made a real difference to my stay. He is exactly the sort of person who makes guests want to come back. I’d also like to thank the two male receptionists who checked me in during my second stay. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names, but they were equally warm, helpful and professional. I travel to Paris regularly and have stayed in many different places over the years. This was one of the most positive hotel experiences I’ve had, largely because of the people working there. Please pass on my thanks to Ben and the rest of the team.

Clean room but lacking a desk and chair. Poor lighting with no reading lights. No cup or glass to drink from. No kettle or hairdryer. Poor choice of healthy options for breakfast (fruit salad consisting mainly of apple; completely unripe pears; only granola - no other cereal options. No wholemeal bread.

Suite au vol de mes papiers d’identité et de mes moyens de paiement, je me suis présenté à l’hôtel en proposant un paiement par virement. Le réceptionniste a fait preuve de professionnalisme et a cherché activement des solutions, même lorsque le manager, contacté par téléphone, a refusé d’accepter ce mode de paiement et a laissé son collaborateur gérer seul la situation avec le client. Finalement, nous avons pu trouver une solution satisfaisante grâce à l’implication du réceptionniste, sans l’aide du manager. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le réceptionniste, véritable atout pour l’expérience client. Quant au manager, je préfère m’abstenir de tout commentaire.
