Clean room but lacking a desk and chair. Poor lighting with no reading lights. No cup or glass to drink from. No kettle or hairdryer. Poor choice of healthy options for breakfast (fruit salad consisting mainly of apple; completely unripe pears; only granola - no other cereal options. No wholemeal bread.

We enjoyed our stay in Chatillon, a very nice Paris suburb. The hotel is next door to a supermarket and a restaurant which was handy.

Hôtel très bien entretenu, personnels très agréable et respectueux… chambre propre et linge de lit également . Endroit très calme bien desservi par les transports nous avons passé un agréable week-end du 14juillet

Suite au vol de mes papiers d’identité et de mes moyens de paiement, je me suis présenté à l’hôtel en proposant un paiement par virement. Le réceptionniste a fait preuve de professionnalisme et a cherché activement des solutions, même lorsque le manager, contacté par téléphone, a refusé d’accepter ce mode de paiement et a laissé son collaborateur gérer seul la situation avec le client. Finalement, nous avons pu trouver une solution satisfaisante grâce à l’implication du réceptionniste, sans l’aide du manager. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le réceptionniste, véritable atout pour l’expérience client. Quant au manager, je préfère m’abstenir de tout commentaire.
