We truly appreciate your trust and are grateful that you took the time to provide such detailed and constructive feedback. We are pleased to read that, despite the exceptional circumstances during your latest stay, you appreciated the air conditioning and, above all, the dedication of our team. Your kind words about our staff mean a great deal to us, especially as they worked hard to assist our guests during an exceptionally busy weekend combined with the heatwave. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. The broken lift, the temporary issues with the breakfast service, and the failure of the fresh orange juicer all occurred during a period of very high occupancy. While these circumstances explain the situation, they certainly do not excuse the impact on your experience. Regarding your room, we would like to reassure you that all duvet covers are changed and washed after every stay, and the duvets themselves are cleaned regularly. We are sorry that the condition of yours was not satisfactory and have shared your comments with our housekeeping team. We also regret the shortage of towels and pillows on arrival, as well as the unpleasant bathroom odour, which we suspect was indeed aggravated by the exceptional heat. These points have been forwarded to our maintenance team for inspection. Thank you as well for your suggestion regarding additional staffing at breakfast. We continuously review our organisation to ensure we can maintain the quality of service expected, even during periods of exceptionally high demand. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our location, both for visiting Paris and discovering the charming town of Sceaux. However, we are sincerely sorry for the unfortunate incident with the bed during your first night. We fully understand how disappointing and uncomfortable this situation must have been for your sister and the rest of your party. Unfortunately, despite our team's efforts, an immediate repair was not possible that evening. We are nevertheless pleased that we were able to relocate you to another room for the remainder of your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
