I stayed for 5 nights spending the first 4 nights with my sister’s party and one night on my own. However our first night was a disaster with my sister’s bed breaking at 22.00 and the hotel team unable to resolve the issue and my sister sleeping on a mattress on the floor! For the next 3 nights we were moved to another room.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated our location, both for visiting Paris and discovering the charming town of Sceaux. However, we are sincerely sorry for the unfortunate incident with the bed during your first night. We fully understand how disappointing and uncomfortable this situation must have been for your sister and the rest of your party. Unfortunately, despite our team's efforts, an immediate repair was not possible that evening. We are nevertheless pleased that we were able to relocate you to another room for the remainder of your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. A real so-so experience. Breakfast almost similar to an Ibis Budget (why to pay more therefore?) and moreover with some missing bakery, ham or napkins. Seen each time as I tried that hotel several nigth in the last months. Moisture on the wall into the bathroom, seen in several bedrooms.
