The broken lift, the temporary issues with the breakfast service, and the failure of the fresh orange juicer all occurred during a period of very high occupancy. While these circumstances explain the situation, they certainly do not excuse the impact on your experience. Regarding your room, we would like to reassure you that all duvet covers are changed and washed after every stay, and the duvets themselves are cleaned regularly. We are sorry that the condition of yours was not satisfactory and have shared your comments with our housekeeping team. We also regret the shortage of towels and pillows on arrival, as well as the unpleasant bathroom odour, which we suspect was indeed aggravated by the exceptional heat.
