Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire votre retour et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour l’expérience que vous avez vécue. Au cours de cette semaine, nous avons malheureusement rencontré plusieurs dysfonctionnements liés au chauffage, ayant nécessité de multiples interventions techniques. Nous sommes pleinement conscients que la situation que vous avez rencontrée ne correspond absolument pas aux critères de qualité et de confort que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. Votre remarque est prise très au sérieux et des actions correctives sont en cours afin que ce type de désagrément ne se reproduise plus. Staff friendly and quite engaging. 2 issues stood out though was the shower it was smashed within a bath and felt very unsafe no grab handles and nothing to stop you slipping. The second point was breakfast quality was not good. Once they ran out of anything it was not replaced, cramped area to eat. Apart from this it was ok, nice location to the shops.

Excellent hospitality especially by jean yann and breakfast buffet crew. Very clean and well located. Good variety for breakfast. My only complaints are: We would prefer no carpet in hotel room. Also bath tub/shower is slippery and there isn’t a safety bar to hold for support inside shower or to exit shower. It’s also very deep to step out and over to floor. Not safe especially for an elder person Otherwise we loved it.
