Disappointing compared to other Ibis we have stayed at!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast for an additional 6.90€ each, including fresh fruit salad. Clean bedding. Unacceptable shower room with black mould on tiles, pipe work and walls. No extractor fan in shower room or bedroom. No plug provided for wash basin. Unacceptable decor in bedroom with black mould on walls, ceiling and around the window. The window dripped water the following morning due to condensation. We notified management in the morning of our findings! Won’t stay again!

Hello We take note of your remarks, however our period hotel has regular repairs, anyway if you want to have a nice room without inconveniences we advise you to book on a newer hotel next time. Cdt Management

Automated checking machines are a good idea but not if they do not work to accept your reservation or to try and book rooms for the same evening. Situated in a very hot and sunny lobby further added to a poor first impression and one had to wait until reception was open again at 5pm to resolve the issues only to be told the automated checkin booth often does not work! Breakfast the next morning was utter chaos with insufficient glasses and crockery; the saving grace was the food and drink was good when one could enjoy it! More like a camping experience using 3 espresso cups for a white coffee was interesting and good job one was not in a hurry.

We hev stayed here many times. It is in the right place for our travel needs and the price is fair, BUT, let's face it, this particulat Ibis Budget is very, very tired and needs an upgrade sooner than later. The staff are excellent, breakfast is very good, but the rooms are sadly lacking.
