The hotel is being renovated and check in was from 17:00 even though the confirmation email stated 15:00 - there was no one there when we arrived at 15:30. The reception staff were very friendly. The room had a strong odour of paint and we had to sleep with the window open which was cold. The renovation feels like they are simply painting over mould. The bed was relatively comfortable but there is no soundproofing so you can hear neighbouring guests use the toilet. The towel was not white and the shower curtain had mould on it, however, at least there was a hot shower. The breakfast was extremely disappointing - a few tiny pastries, stale pancakes - not enough nutrition for a good start to the day. We would’ve expected some toast and a small amount of hot food (e.g. eggs) at least. We had not yet checked out in the morning (we still had time) and a member of staff entered our room when we were in there. We chose this hotel due to the ibis brand but were extremely disappointed.

Sir, our hotel is under renovation it is indicated everywhere we open at 5:00 PM. The breakfast is very well stocked for the price. Sincerely The Management

Budget hotel unfit for global travelers. Lack of reliable WiFi service, facility has no elevator, hotel remains closed with front door locked during daytime on a Saturday, allowing access to checked-in only guests with a digit code. Hotel staff is extremely limited and poorly trained.

Monsieur, Etant donné que vous êtes Français mais avec un téléphone de déplacement américain, je vous ai expliqué que le wifi sur votre smartphone avait un problème de connexion qui n'entre pas dans nos compétences puisque notre wifi est excellente pour tous nos clients sur place. lorsque vous réservé il est écrit sans ascenseur...et notifié aussi nous sommes fermés de 11h00 à 17h00 oui comme dans tous commerces à moins que cela ne vous dérange aussi, vous avez été fort désagréable et mal poli avec notre personnel, votre famille présente pour le mariage également à été très chaleureuse, nos clients présents ce jour ci ne comprennent pas de tel agissements. Nous sommes très accueillant, arrangeant et relativement professionnel malgré parfois des cas que nous ne pouvons pas gérer. cdt. la direction
