No sleep due to very noisy guests in adjacent room.

The Hotel well situated and no problem with our room which was comfortable and adequate for our needs. However, the second night of our stay there were woken up at 5am by an unacceptable amount of noise in a room next to ours. The parents had left the children in the room unsupervised, and the receptionist did not intervene even though the children were running riot and making a lot of noise whilst the parents were in cafe drinking their coffee.

Noisy party and smelling carpets

Sole Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Was supposed to stay for the night and leave early in the morning, but we ended up leaving at 10pm because we could not sleep due to the party right outside our room and a headache that started upon arrival due to a heavy deoderizing smell in the room, but unable to air out due to the music next door. We complained to the reception but they could not do anything about the smell or the wedding next door and suggested we leave our information for the management to look at it. We never heard back from anyone. We ended up sleeping in our car at a nearby rest stop. Zero discount, zero appologies, zero f's given by the management. Not what I was expecting, from 3 earlier stays that were fine.

Pizza behind my TV. Very small room. Sink next to my bed and the only plug socket was behind the door. My blind was broken, and I had to put the bedding on myself as it had been put in a bag 👎
