Very good Bed very comfortable Room small but clean and comfortable Staff were really lovely and extremely helpful Breakfast well worth paying for and filled us up ready to go home again Downside Lift was broken which made it very hard for us on the third floor. That said staff and other guests were extremely helpful The toilet was extremely low. About the same height as a primary school toilet basin. Very hard to get down and get up again. Thank heavens the door handle was very secure Overall though it was an enjoyable stay and for a budget hotel very good Just a shame about the lift and loo

Having to navigate around the back of the building via a desolate side alley, through a car park that looks like waste ground, and then enter through the rear door, we were met with friendly staff; bless their socks. An experience but I feel it would be intimidating for women; even for a bloke on his own. But the staff were great. Don't let Ibis go down to the same level as Travelodge.

The rooms were very small, and the shower and toilet were not very good for privacy. The rooms were clean and beds adequate asked for more pillows but these we unavailable. Breakfast was good with a plentiful supply of foodstuffs for a continental breakfast.

The Room didn’t seem clean and after the first cleaning the room smelled like smoke as if the cleaning crew where heavy smokers. Also the price seemed a bit high I regards to the standard and the location

Stay here on a regular basis, but had a cleaner knocking the door at 9.45 in the morning, not giving us chance to answer and just walking straight in. Did complain to reception.
