The rooms felt clean, spacious, quiet. My main challenge was the bed: the split mattress was a challenge for me because I sleep in the middle of the bed. The paper mattress cover under the sheet was absorbing my sweat during the heat wave and remained wet until morning. The way the bed was made by housekeeping each day was not consistent and the coffee pods were not replenished any days except 1. Other than this, the property was accommodating and worked well for my business trip needs.

I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms were exactly as advertised—comfortable, well-presented, and very clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and contributed to a very enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Ismail, who was amazing throughout my stay. He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Fatima was also lovely and provided excellent service with a warm and friendly attitude. As an Accor member, I was very pleased with the recognition and benefits I received, which made my stay feel even more valued.
