Check in took very long. Rooms were not well cleaned. Bedding, towels were not clean. One of two lifts was all the tome out of order.

I stayed there for one week while working in the city. It’s an easy walk to all of the main attractions but far enough away that you can get away from the traffic and tourism. If you’re lucky enough to get one of the apartments that has a balcony, it’s an incredible experience. The staff were friendly and kind, and I had one issue where I needed to be moved, and they moved me to another room with no hassle or problems at all.

We stayed with out family for A. long w-e. The location is perfect - neqrby main attractions and public transport. The room is very quiet. Breakfast was excellent!

We lasted one night of a multi night booking. The room was 27 degrees inside and the hotel’s apparent policy is to turn off airconditioning except in summer (needless to NOT mentioned on their website or when booking). Their advice was to leave the bedroom windows open, which in a major city on a heavily trafficked road is just laughable if you want to get any sleep. The staff are polite but ineffectual (there were not enough door keycards so we had to share one, our coffee machine didn’t work, the curtains were hanging off their runners etc etc). Our polite complaints went nowhere so we cut our losses and moved at our expense to one of the Pullman hotels - infinitely better. And now we are trying to get a refund, which is just being kicked down the road. If you like poorly run hotels that are showing their age and lack of maintenance, well good luck. We chose it based on location and have regretted it ever since.
