The location is fine, it's about 10 minutes walking distance from the Champs Elysés. The building is average, the decoration and infrastructure is average. Only 1 of the 2 elevators works as expected. The room itself needs a serious refresh, it was clean but everything is old and worn. The toilet flush leaks, the soap dispenser was almost empty. I'm used to stay in 5 or 4 star hotels, but this is definitely not worth a 4 *, rather a 3 *. The hotel staff is also average, the people there do not like their job.

Service and cleaning was not ideal when arriving and reception team didn't t react properly creating an escalation in our dissatisfaction. Hotel is pretty old and can 't afford lack of service. However the general manager stepped in even though a bit late and showed care and interest in fixing the issue.

Probably the best accomodation we stayed during our whole honeymoon trip. Upon our arrival we were greated so warmthly by our check in officers. They even wrote us a letter and gifted us chocolates and champagne. Those kind of gestures warm our hearts after a very long trip. As a gold member we were upgraded also. It was truly special.

Exceptional Hospitality A wonderful stay made even better by the outstanding manager. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly going the extra mile to make my visit comfortable. I'm only sorry I didn't ask for his name. This level of genuine care is rare and is the reason I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in took very long. Rooms were not well cleaned. Bedding, towels were not clean. One of two lifts was all the tome out of order.
