1. Misrepresentation of Accommodations (False Advertising) ​The room was booked specifically based on the advertised inclusion of Air Conditioning with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed to accommodate four guests. I paid a premium for these specific features. However: ​Climate Control: Management prohibited the use of the AC, rendering the room uncomfortable. ​Bedding: Despite booking for four people and paying for an extra sofa bed, no such bed was provided upon check in. Front desk staff refused to rectify this, citing no housekeeping staff on weekends to set up sofa bed. ​2. Maintenance and Sanitation Issues ​The physical state of the room was unacceptable for a professional hospitality establishment: ​Fixtures: the wall lamps were inoperable. Despite three separate notifications to the front office, no repairs were completed. ​Plumbing: The bathtub spout diverter was seized, preventing the use of the shower head. ​Housekeeping: The room was not cleaned to a professional standard. Furthermore, we were informed that no housekeeping services are available after 6:00 PM or on weekends, which is a significant lapse in service for a full-service hotel. ​3. Front Desk Service and breakfast ​The front desk staff were unaccommodating, frequently citing "system issues" or "internal policy" to deflect responsibility for these failures. Additionally, the breakfast service was poorly managed; food items were not replenished once depleted. After all, we used to trust Accor's quality, but after this experience, we are truly disappointed and will consider not using Accor's hotel system for future trips.

We had the most comfortable stay at this aparthotel with the very decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Location is great as well; metro station a short walk away and there was a straight bus that brought us to the Moulin Rouge cabaret show and back. It was also walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Av. des Champs-Élysées as well as Galeries Lafayette. The service were also exceptionally and we felt well taken care of. Other plus points include the bottle refill station and lovely cookies that they put out each afternoon for the guests to enjoy. Definitely recommend this to others and will return if I visit Paris in the future.

- Reception staff can be unhelpful, often carrying a lackadaisical attitude, sometimes rude and menacing (raising their voice). This is consistent with alot of past reviews. There is a small minority of staff which are nice and helpful however, but depends if you are lucky or not. - No air-conditioning available, the hotel management chose not to turn it on because it wasn't hot enough. Hence a lack of ventilation in the room if windows are kept closed, so it feels stuffy inside. Opening the windows would be too noisy at night due to traffic. They will offer you fans as an alternative, but doesn't help with ventilation. - Lighting inside rooms are too dim if needed to work at night. The room is mainly lit through several small lamps in the room. - Breakfast is pitiful, variety is limited, hot food is not hot, a small assortment of cheese and hams and some bread. Eating utensils were not clean, visible stains were on the forks and other cutlery. Not worth paying for. - A constant food smell in the corridors. Refrigerator and toilets inside rooms also smell. - Not close to Champs Elysees (at least a good 15-20 minute walk away) - Expect to carry your luggage a few flights of stairs to enter or exit the lobby area. - Ceiling of the rooms have a strange painted design which can seem a bit creepy at night.
