This hotel is in an excellent location for everything and is close to the metro and SNCF (Javel). It is a good clean and friendly hotel. Stayed here for the second time with friends and family. A good value hotel for Paris.

I stayed in a comfortable room. Bathroom had a window (which I find a plus) ; however it was rather cold and there was no additional heating system.

This was a big disappointment. Room was not clean. Red couches in the restaurant are so dirty, I did not want to sit on this. There were no spoons in the restaurant for two days, had to eat my cereals with a tea spoon. The elevator was broken, while staying at the 6th floor with a heavy suitcase. No one could tell me what the problem was and when it was going to be fixed. So far my worst experience ever in an Accor hotel, will never stay there again.

Awful - I woke up in Room 802 on 22nd October covered in mosquito bites, with my blood on the sheets. I the. spent 30 minutes killing mosquitoes that were full of blood. I went to reception and asked that my room was cleansed thoroughly and sprayed with repellant. However, there were still some bugs in my room the following evening. I am now back in the UK dealing with the bites. I should not have paid the bill, but was on business and very busy.

The house keepers left the windows open to air out the room and unfortunately mosquitoes must have gtten into your room. We are also deeply sorry to learn that we couldn't effectively fix the problem after you had told us about it, the problem is that the receptionist at the front desk misunderstood what you said as English isn't her mother tongue. She didn't quite get that you had mosquitoes in your room and passed on the wrong information. Rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address this. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences. I would like to reiterate our commitment to high quality standards, and I personally would like to make sure you will experience it if ever you wish to give us a second chance. I Don't Call This Four Star Accommodation

The room was clean and the staff were mostly helpful and attentive. I had problems with getting my security safety box to work, and it took several days for the hotel to sort that out. The television was not working properly, and there were no English speaking channels - surely you could manage one or two?! No shower caps or toiletries, beside soap, were supplied. The only teabags supplied in my room were herbal, if I wanted black tea (which I did), I had to get them from downstairs. No refreshments at all were supplied in the bar fridge. The reception area is tiny, crowded and untidy. I could not recommend this hotel.

From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. My room was ready early. It was neat and tidy all nights. The free coffee in the lobby was a plus but I had to mix hot milk and expresso to have a hot coffee as the cappuccino selection didn't warm the coffee. Internet worked well also, although I did get some strange messages that indicated someone may have hacked my mail while on the non secure network.

The hotel is quite ok, although access by car could be tricky, particularly to load/unload. At night parking on the street is not a problem and it's free. Rooms are small, within the standard for most hotels in Paris, and expensive, according to the same standard. There's no proper bar or sitting area as the reception and lounge areas are very small. There are plenty of places nearby though and the river is only a minute away, as is the Tower.

So I took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was lovely, the room was small but well cleaned and the bathroom was gorgeous, only downside to our room was the crap view but we didn’t mind that much. The staff were so lovely and I didn’t feel worried about asking them any questions or inquiries, they made us feel welcome instantly which was important as I’m only 17 and it was my first time away without adults! Breakfast was okay, pretty average, 2/4 days there wasn’t much to provide and the seating area is very very small so you are quite close to other residents. Every part was amazing except maybe for the breakfast and the view!

While I find the rooms clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing I find the downstairs of the hotel not really delvering the same comfort. No bar, although you can buy a bottle of beer it seems to be whatever no one else has drunk. I stayed there with 6 colleugues and we each could only have 1 beer before they ran out. Even then it was pot luck what you were given. Breakfast is cramped, although nothing wrong with the food. I do not think I will stay again.

Hotel is just one minute away from M10 metro and #30 bus stops, very convenient. Room is clean and spacious with separate room for toilet and shower (no bath tub). Staff is friendly and helpful. Only comment is the shower. The glass panel separating the shower is not wide enough and the bathroom floor got pretty wet after showering. Good value for the room rate.
