The second floor is completely under construction. Across the street, there’s a massive construction going on. So if you’re planning to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 8 am, then this is not the place for you. Not to mention the walls or paper thing and when the neighbour opens his door, it feels like he’s coming into your room. Definitely not worth the price. But the staff was very nice and very helpful, specially Ms Chiraz.

Hotel is in a good location, staff are great, rooms look nice but the mattrass was worn and uncomfortable, bathroom only had lukewarm water and it had no heating so it was very cold.

Room was comfortable. Dark decor didn’t give best experience (difficult to see in room in evening even with all lights on). Minimal toiletries in bathroom (no conditioner even?) Smooth check in - room ready immediately which was good. Reception staff friendly however would benefit from dealing with requests with a sense of urgency. Long queues. Printed invoice not immediately available. Communal areas clean and tidy. Took me a long time to redeem the ACCOR loyalty voucher (welcome drink). Breakfast buffet - variety was good. Topped up regularly.
