The hotel is very well kept and nice, and it's well located next to metro and RER-C stations. The staff is extremely friendly. My single room was small but it had everything I needed.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment my partner and I arrived, the warmth and hospitality from the staff were evident. A special mention must go to the manager, Chiraze, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed. The room itself was superb, offering a beautiful view of Paris and of the River Seine and providing all the comforts we could ask for. The complimentary minibar was a lovely touch after long days exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was fantastic, with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a wonderful variety of local yogurts, jams, and honeys that added a delightful French touch to start the day. All in all, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city!

Good location if you want to be away from the tourist hustle and bustle but near enough to get there (walk, metro, ebike etc)

I chose the location based on my work event. I like the location. it is quieter with a more residential feel (but still close to the main tourist attractions - especially when the batobus is operating). I had a balcony on my room which was lovely and the room was a very good size for Paris hotels. The cleaning was good, please always remember to replace the coffee pods for the machine each day. The decor is a bit dark, the colour scheme (deep aubergine) isn't to my taste and I suspect the carpet needs replacing (I always prefer wooden or tiled floors, so you know they are clean). I hadn't understood that the complimentary drink I was offered as part of my membership was at a neighbouring cafe. What I was served in the hotel 'bar' was barely passable as wine. The receptionist was very nice though. A chocolate offering is a better than a soap, in my opinion. Unfortunately a guest vomited in the hallway on the first night of my three night stay so the hall smelled terrible. Hopefully, they saw who it was on the security cameras and charged him/her a cleaning bill! All in all, I would possibly stay again if my work event was in the same location.
