Lovely hotel, boutique style, beautiful classy decor, very kind and helpful staff, complimentary coffee and tea (Palais des Thés), water refills available, so no need for buying extra bottled water, private quiet room. Nuxe toiletries. Located near the Seine with the Eiffel Tower view within a few minutes walk. 30-60 minutes walk to the main city attractions. Plenty of nice middle eastern restaurants in the area, several supermarkets. The only things I missed and would have expected at a Mercure hotel were the teaspoons in the room and some toiletries (body lotion). Overall a lovely stay.

Truly enjoyed the stay - everything was clean and convenient. Front desk and all staff were polite and knowledgeable. Felt very welcoming. Shops, restaurants, metro, and sites were all nearby. Would definitely stay again at this hotel or another in the chain.

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. However the room was very small, in need of redecoration, and the temperature control did not work. But most disappointing was the clear and unpleasant smell of drainage in the bathroom, which was not fixed / improved after having reported it.

Only downside was the noise of the construction from the hotel across the road but not much our hotel could have done about that
