Hotel is in a good location, staff are great, rooms look nice but the mattrass was worn and uncomfortable, bathroom only had lukewarm water and it had no heating so it was very cold.

Room was comfortable. Dark decor didn’t give best experience (difficult to see in room in evening even with all lights on). Minimal toiletries in bathroom (no conditioner even?) Smooth check in - room ready immediately which was good. Reception staff friendly however would benefit from dealing with requests with a sense of urgency. Long queues. Printed invoice not immediately available. Communal areas clean and tidy. Took me a long time to redeem the ACCOR loyalty voucher (welcome drink). Breakfast buffet - variety was good. Topped up regularly.

Noisy environment, subway is making the whole building vibrating. Street is noisy, as well as the corridors (you hear the noise of other rooms), on top of that the air con is also noisy and needs to be switched off to be able to sleep

My stay at this hotel was generally okay, but I was disappointed after reserving what was listed as a four-star property. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet four-star standards. Our room was small, which I expected in Paris and didn’t mind. The real issue was the bathroom layout. The toilet was in a separate small room, but the shower and sink were essentially in the main sleeping area with no door, not even on the shower itself. This meant that from the bed, there was a completely unobstructed view of whoever was showering. My fiancée and I love each other, but everyone deserves a bit of privacy when washing “bits and pits” or shaving. Because of this design, I don’t believe the hotel should be classified as a four-star property.

room on the 1st floor was extremely dark. 1 window had view on a courtyard that was dark and gloomy. In addition the room layout was extremely NOT optimal with along hallway from the door to the bed which was useless while the e rest of ch e room was so cramped. Closet was a joke. Mini size. And here come the worst piece: dirty. There were hair (maybe public hair?) stuck to the shower head, where the water is flowing. I had et touched the shower head.
