Great location, room was great - sofa beds was noisy and not comfortable, temperature of room could not be lowered, it was too hot for us to sleep comfortably

Great location right next to the Accor Arena – super convenient if you're in Paris for a concert or show, just a short walk back to your room afterward. Also very well connected: Gare de Lyon train station is close by, and the hotel sits right on top of a Metro station, so getting around the city is easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was a nice surprise – good food, no need to go hunting for dinner. Prices were reasonable for the location and quality. Would definitely recommend for tourists and anyone visiting for events at the arena!

We planned a 8 day holiday in Paris and decided to stay at the Novotel at Bercy, a place I have stayed at before. It location is ideal for getting to the Bercy Metro Station. It is next to the Accor Arena and Bercy Park, a walk through the park gives access to Bercy Village. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Areas within the hotel were clean and well lit. Bedrooms were clean and spacious and well maintained daily by the 'cleaning ladies'. Dining room staff were helpful and efficient, and quickly replenished the various items when the breakfast food items were running low. All in all a very pleasurable stay.

Fredrick and team were Amazing!! We were in Paris for a concert at the Accor Arena next door and they made our stay memorable. Well located, clean, friendly staff but no accommodation for customers with allergies. The staff tried to help but were hampered by the limited menu which had no consideration for customers with allergies. Surprising from such a large multinational company, I expected you to be able to handle this as most hospitality venues do these days

My praise goes to Remi, the receptionist on duty when we arrived. He was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He alone made our stay a memorable one. The breakfast staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive. The following morning, the receptionist on duty kindly looked after our bags and allowed us to leave our car parked in front of the hotel until later in the day. These thoughtful touches made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.

Coming back each day to a perfectly air-conditioned, spotless room and the cold water fountain at reception was a lifesaver.Why we highly recommend this hotel:Perfect Location: The Metro line is right at the doorstep. It is also an easy walk to Bercy Village for great meals and groceries, with convenient access to CDG Airport.Great Rooms: Our room was spacious, incredibly quiet, and offered a fantastic view of the arena.Spotless cleaning Service: Huge thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate and ensuring our mini-fridge was always refilled.Exceptional Staff: The reception team speaks excellent English and truly made us feel welcome. Special shout-out to the wonderful Shaima and Audrey! Shaima gave my little girl some bracelets (handmade by shaima) , which was such a beautiful, thoughtful gesture that she loved and made her trip to Paris even more memorable .The service here always comes with a smile. We will definitely choose Novotel Paris Bercy again for our next Paris trip!

Mould in the bathroom ceiling, unexpectedly do not have fridge. Went into a internal lift once, only allow to go down, when we found out that was the wrong, lift can’t go up and the ground floor are full of junk, cardboard and rubbish, no sign at all along the way.

The location is perfect for sightseeing, with Bercy metro station just outside the front door of the hotel. You can get into the heart of Paris with 2-3 metro stations away. It is also walkable distance from Gare de Lyon!

We crashed out car in the parking becuase we went in the wrong entry. There were no appropriate signs to point to the right entry. Also a sign not to back up when in the wrong entry would have been appropriate
