The breakfast was not up to mark, some of the items were already finished at 9am, while the breakfast time was up to 9:30 am. The staff responded with that is all the chef had prepared for today. The Coffee supplies in the room were also not enough for two cups of coffee, when I went to the reception to ask for extra supplies I was first told that there supplies were out of stock, then asked to go back and forth between the reception and the bar. I finally received it, though a small incident but was a strange communication.

Regarding breakfast, we sincerely regret that some items were no longer available before the end of service. This is not in line with our standards, and your comment has been shared with the team to ensure better anticipation, replenishment and clearer communication. Concerning the coffee supplies in the room, we would like to clarify that we normally provide four Nespresso capsules per room. It therefore seems this was an oversight, for which we apologize. We also regret the confusion you experienced when requesting additional supplies and the lack of smooth communication between teams. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our service. Good option near Gare de Lyon

A great stay in a nice hotel near Gare de Lyon. Room was spacious and clean, check in quick and efficient. Breakfast is ok but room was overcrowded (mostly families). Tried to have dinner at 09:45PM (restaurant officially open until 10:30PM) but were told that there was no more food. Only food available was cold cuts.

This family-friendly atmosphere is very much part of the Novotel brand DNA. We also regret your experience at the restaurant in the evening. While the restaurant was still officially open, food availability can be impacted late in service, and we understand your disappointment.
