Ate at the restaurant at night. Food was terrible. Duck was inedible and pasta was dry and overcooked. Room comfortable but very hot. Air conditioning not on.

The place was reasonably clean and that's probably its best feature. The airconditioning was only adjustable between 19.5 and 21 degress but the actual setting made no difference - the room was generally warm. No frills, no hand cream, no cofee milk (not even powdered), no iron, ... The breakfast was an experience - with the most rude staff I have ever met at any hotel any place in the world. Good luck finding your way around the buffet. And the toaster did not work. Lastly, one could consider the aspect that this place seems to be rather popular with larger groups of foreign visitors, all very loud and prevalent.

I am gold member, i was denied a welcome drink for my daughter saying she is not adult, that has never happened in any accor hotel before. I was denied an upgrade, there was just one extra extremely bad quality pillow in room. We were extremely tired and our stay was really not what we expected. Extremely dissappointed.

In our hotel, Executives rooms are for 2 people that is why we could not upgrade your family of 4. Regarding the welcome drink, as written on the voucher it is only for the loyalty card holder, how ever in our hotel we extend it to all the adults on the reservation.
