Well located, clean, friendly staff but no accommodation for customers with allergies. The staff tried to help but were hampered by the limited menu which had no consideration for customers with allergies. Surprising from such a large multinational company, I expected you to be able to handle this as most hospitality venues do these days

My praise goes to Remi, the receptionist on duty when we arrived. He was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He alone made our stay a memorable one. The breakfast staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive. The following morning, the receptionist on duty kindly looked after our bags and allowed us to leave our car parked in front of the hotel until later in the day. These thoughtful touches made a real difference and were greatly appreciated.

Coming back each day to a perfectly air-conditioned, spotless room and the cold water fountain at reception was a lifesaver.Why we highly recommend this hotel:Perfect Location: The Metro line is right at the doorstep. It is also an easy walk to Bercy Village for great meals and groceries, with convenient access to CDG Airport.Great Rooms: Our room was spacious, incredibly quiet, and offered a fantastic view of the arena.Spotless cleaning Service: Huge thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate and ensuring our mini-fridge was always refilled.Exceptional Staff: The reception team speaks excellent English and truly made us feel welcome. Special shout-out to the wonderful Shaima and Audrey! Shaima gave my little girl some bracelets (handmade by shaima) , which was such a beautiful, thoughtful gesture that she loved and made her trip to Paris even more memorable .The service here always comes with a smile. Mould in the bathroom ceiling, unexpectedly do not have fridge. Went into a internal lift once, only allow to go down, when we found out that was the wrong, lift can’t go up and the ground floor are full of junk, cardboard and rubbish, no sign at all along the way.

We crashed out car in the parking becuase we went in the wrong entry. There were no appropriate signs to point to the right entry. Also a sign not to back up when in the wrong entry would have been appropriate

Bad service and room not clean …

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have carefully read your comments, which you chose to post on three different platforms, and we would like to respond to the main points you raised. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the power outage, our technical investigation confirmed that the fuse tripped after an electrical appliance incompatible with the European voltage standard was used in the room. This was an isolated incident and, notably, the only such occurrence in our hotel. We would also like to clarify that our Family Rooms measure 25 m², exactly as advertised on our website and all booking platforms. While we understand that the room may have felt smaller than you expected, its size is clearly communicated before booking. Concerning the slippers, these are part of the amenities offered in our Executive Rooms. As your reservation was for a Family Room, they were not included in your room category. Finally, we are genuinely sorry that the bedding, sofa bed and breakfast selection did not meet your personal expectations. While we respectfully disagree with some of the conclusions expressed in your review, we fully respect your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We stayed for two nights. It was extremely clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic and it's in a great central location. Great choice of bars and restaurants close by and a beautiful park.

We welcomed the air conditioning during the hot weather and the very comfortable bed. Usual facilities for making tea and coffee, reasonable storage space and easy-to-use shower. Big disappointment was NO CHAIR(S)! Nowhere to sit down to write or use a lap-top and rooms are described as 'superior'. Pictures on website are misleading as they show chairs and a small table. Also, bedside table only on one side of double bed. Had to improvise as fortunately an 'over-bed' style table on castors was provided. Bar area/reception very limited and not much of an ambience. Not a first choice for a relaxing drink, (though they produced excellent kirs). Breakfast buffet very good most days except first day which was exceptionally busy. Enough tables but staff couldn't replenish food and tableware fast enough.

The hotel was lovely. Nice and clean and met with a warm welcome at reception. We had a lovely surprise in our room for our 10th wedding anniversary. Hotel room was an executive room with a balcony. Could not fault it one bit and all your bar staff were amazing!! Especially to the two ladies. Made our stay so special.
