The hotel is a perfect family stay. However initially due to booking.com correspondence with guest relations, I had a very strange experience. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I can consider rebooking without having to deal with guest relations again- not to be insulted.

1 we were robed on the day light on Bercy metro station on our first day just 50 meter away from the hotell the hotell should complain to the police its guest are not secured there was a security camera but no body try to help us. Even the police we went to the police station no body speak English or other languge so we couldnt have a possiblity to complain. Because we dont speak french. 2. We stayed 7 nights the breakfast was the same meny and it was boaring.

The hotel was ideally located, with a very nearby metro station providing easy access to central Paris within 15-20 mins. The rooms were very clean and sufficiently stocked, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty amazing - excellent range of choices and very tasty. We were also impressed with the little touches - the lollies/sweets for the children at reception, and the small cart with Belgian beer, waffles etc that appeared on the evenings that the Belgian singer was singing at the nearby arena. There was a little noise when the concerts were on, but it didn't keep us awake.

From the start, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They gave us a lot of information at the start of our stay and during our stay. They helped us with directions to the best restaurants and waited for our feedback. The staff were apart of our holiday! The train station found right outside the hotel was a lovely bonus, as I had twin babies and a 5 year old to drag around. There was lovely entertainment for my children as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Metro Bercy 25 m from hotel. Friendly helpful reception staff. Excellent room, typical Novotel standard though I wish they would be less generous with clean daily towels and pay more attention to the environment. Similarly non disposable toiletries should be implemented by this worldwide chain. Breakfast excellent, though busy. This is a purpose built hotel serving the adjacent Arena concert venue. On two of the nights we stayed there was a concert taking place. This had an impact on our stay in two ways. Firstly the hotel was noticeably very busy in public areas such as the foyer, breakfast and lifts. Secondly, as our room faced the concert hall, during the actual concert we could hear and feel the 'thud' 'thud' of the very loud music. Fortunately it finished before midnight. Quite ironic that one of our requests had been a quiet room not close to the lifts not realising that the noise might be external. Our disturbance could probably have been avoided if we had been given a room on the other side of the hotel.

excellent breakfast: plenty fresh pancakes, waffles, very tasty coffee, also plenty of warm breakfast. very large and comfort room, complementary water. excellent location - in 50m to metro, very convenient to reach any location in Paris with just one switch of metro. There are games more than usual for Novotel, even for adults :). I have been in many Novotel hotels and I would rate it higher than others.

Spent a week end with family there. Hotel well situated in front of of the Accor Arena, and the subway is just right outside. Very close to Gare to Gare de Lyon and everything in Paris. Nice and clean rooms. We had our breakfast served in the room, and was good. Not as good as the one served downstairs though but very practical if you oversleep and miss the general breakfast. Very friendly staff.

I came at 7 am on the day of check in. I had my next 3 day‘s breakfasts prebooked. So I paid for the check in day breakfast on the spot. And my horrible experience began. Egg omelette took 10 minutes to cook. Why can’t we control the heat? Why does it have to be 10 pans together and I saw few people just mixed them. I had to stand there throughout making sure noone takes my omlette. And while that I saw someone eating bread and looking at his omelette and the breadcrums from his mouth fell off on someone else’s omelette. Did not make omelette again in next 3 days stay. Juices were not great. Felt like bad fruits. Waffles were not there half time and croissants were cheap quality. Liked the coffee and few tiny things. But breakfast was something I was counting on to kickstart my day. I even asked to cancel my breakfast for rest of the 3 days and refund me but receptionist said that’s not possible. It felt like a mistake to have it prebooked for all days. Everything about room was perfect except your breakfast. It’s very expensive and yet very bad experience. I have had better breakfast in very less money in my previous stay. It was 15 euros and they even took our omelette orders and served it on table. Croissants were warm and no crazy smell in juice.

Your hotel doesn't provide drinking water. just 2 bottle per day. Shower place is very small.

otel, a service unworthy of a 3 star hotel, The Bar manager was poorly prepared and rude. The service on arrival was splendid the people who receive the guests very well prepared I was immensely happy on my arrival. The next day we went to breakfast My wife my daughter and me, arriving around 9:40 am I grabbed my coffee and found an empty table and put my coffee on the table and came back to get the bread and other things that we would eat, coming to the table I can't find my coffee I see a hotel clerk with my coffee in his hands, so i said the coffee is mine he told me i couldn't sit at that table he gave me the coffee and everything I had in my hand, I stayed for a long time with everything in my hands and left, did not look for a table nor asked someone to clean or look for any empty table simply looked at me I said for me to look for another table. After getting everything in my hands I asked an employee for a table and clean up, so I asked the employee who was the Restaurant Manager and he took me to the manager but to my surprise the manager was the man who left me with my coffee in my hands and found no table for me and simply turned my back on me. So I said if he was a manager like he has this education and this uneducated mode if he was the manager how would his staff level so he was grossly ingenious and I was rude and rude in my words and I said I was a guest and I had never seen a rude man from a manager or any employee. I went to the reception and said I wanted to talk to the hotel manager unfortunately was not there so called the hotel manager, I explained what happened and then came the Restaurant Manager to say what happened lying and was not enough man to ask sorry for your mistake simply said you wouldn't talk to me like I was wrong, so I told the hotel manager to see the security camera and see if his word was correctly with the pictures. And the most frustrating thing is that after he took me off the table someone else sat at the same table and didn't take it off the table, but I kept my coffee and the plates in my hands. I think Accor has to have employees who can take their mistakes and create solutions for small and big problems and have the ability to work with the public and know how to communicate politely because if an employee is rude to a guest the guest will also be rude to the staff. Kindness breeds kindness, Lack of education breeds lack of education. Then the staff tried to solve what was no longer a solution because we did not receive the excuse from the restaurant manager. The hotel manager sent us gifts as an apology. But that was not what I wanted, but a retraction on the part that was rude and rude to us. My family and I have never but going back to this hotel was my biggest disappointment, I have two company one restaurant and one fashion company and we teach our employees to be polite and do a good job because our employees depend on our customers because they want bring our salaries at the end of the month.

Apart from lack of variance in breakfast everything were superb. During morning breakfast every day was some surprise for kids e.g. Face painting, dance with Disney character and magic show. All these are very appreciated. The metro service line 14 not affected due to strike. Self cooking egg station is nice idea but not that useful to prepare omelets.
