Good option near Gare de Lyon

A great stay in a nice hotel near Gare de Lyon. Room was spacious and clean, check in quick and efficient. Breakfast is ok but room was overcrowded (mostly families). Tried to have dinner at 09:45PM (restaurant officially open until 10:30PM) but were told that there was no more food. Only food available was cold cuts.

Regarding breakfast, indeed, during school holiday periods we welcome many families, which can make the breakfast room feel busier at certain times. This family-friendly atmosphere is very much part of the Novotel brand DNA. We also regret your experience at the restaurant in the evening. While the restaurant was still officially open, food availability can be impacted late in service, and we understand your disappointment. Great location , metro outside to get to all areas. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely. Bercy Village has lovely restraunts if you don't want to go into center. Would stay again
