However, we would like to clarify that the hotel does not own or operate a car park. The nearby parking facilities are completely independent from Novotel Paris Centre Bercy, including their entrances, signage and traffic management. For this reason, we feel that a 2/10 rating of the hotel based solely on an incident in an external car park is unfortunately not representative of the experience or services we provide.
