I came at 7 am on the day of check in. I had my next 3 day‘s breakfasts prebooked. So I paid for the check in day breakfast on the spot. And my horrible experience began. Egg omelette took 10 minutes to cook. Why can’t we control the heat? Why does it have to be 10 pans together and I saw few people just mixed them. I had to stand there throughout making sure noone takes my omlette. And while that I saw someone eating bread and looking at his omelette and the breadcrums from his mouth fell off on someone else’s omelette. Did not make omelette again in next 3 days stay. Juices were not great. Felt like bad fruits. Waffles were not there half time and croissants were cheap quality. Liked the coffee and few tiny things. But breakfast was something I was counting on to kickstart my day. I even asked to cancel my breakfast for rest of the 3 days and refund me but receptionist said that’s not possible. It felt like a mistake to have it prebooked for all days. Everything about room was perfect except your breakfast. It’s very expensive and yet very bad experience. I have had better breakfast in very less money in my previous stay. It was 15 euros and they even took our omelette orders and served it on table. Croissants were warm and no crazy smell in juice.

Your hotel doesn't provide drinking water. just 2 bottle per day. Shower place is very small.

otel, a service unworthy of a 3 star hotel, The Bar manager was poorly prepared and rude. The service on arrival was splendid the people who receive the guests very well prepared I was immensely happy on my arrival. The next day we went to breakfast My wife my daughter and me, arriving around 9:40 am I grabbed my coffee and found an empty table and put my coffee on the table and came back to get the bread and other things that we would eat, coming to the table I can't find my coffee I see a hotel clerk with my coffee in his hands, so i said the coffee is mine he told me i couldn't sit at that table he gave me the coffee and everything I had in my hand, I stayed for a long time with everything in my hands and left, did not look for a table nor asked someone to clean or look for any empty table simply looked at me I said for me to look for another table. After getting everything in my hands I asked an employee for a table and clean up, so I asked the employee who was the Restaurant Manager and he took me to the manager but to my surprise the manager was the man who left me with my coffee in my hands and found no table for me and simply turned my back on me. So I said if he was a manager like he has this education and this uneducated mode if he was the manager how would his staff level so he was grossly ingenious and I was rude and rude in my words and I said I was a guest and I had never seen a rude man from a manager or any employee. I went to the reception and said I wanted to talk to the hotel manager unfortunately was not there so called the hotel manager, I explained what happened and then came the Restaurant Manager to say what happened lying and was not enough man to ask sorry for your mistake simply said you wouldn't talk to me like I was wrong, so I told the hotel manager to see the security camera and see if his word was correctly with the pictures. And the most frustrating thing is that after he took me off the table someone else sat at the same table and didn't take it off the table, but I kept my coffee and the plates in my hands. I think Accor has to have employees who can take their mistakes and create solutions for small and big problems and have the ability to work with the public and know how to communicate politely because if an employee is rude to a guest the guest will also be rude to the staff. Kindness breeds kindness, Lack of education breeds lack of education. Then the staff tried to solve what was no longer a solution because we did not receive the excuse from the restaurant manager. The hotel manager sent us gifts as an apology. But that was not what I wanted, but a retraction on the part that was rude and rude to us. My family and I have never but going back to this hotel was my biggest disappointment, I have two company one restaurant and one fashion company and we teach our employees to be polite and do a good job because our employees depend on our customers because they want bring our salaries at the end of the month.

Apart from lack of variance in breakfast everything were superb. During morning breakfast every day was some surprise for kids e.g. Face painting, dance with Disney character and magic show. All these are very appreciated. The metro service line 14 not affected due to strike. Self cooking egg station is nice idea but not that useful to prepare omelets.

Good standard of accommodation and facilities. Unfortunately the number of elevators is insufficient and there is no stair access to the reception, resulting in long waits. Also, the bag policy for the breakfast buffet didn't even allow hand bags, really disappointing.

Received a call on he day of arrival because we were arriving late thanks to the strike. Person was very friendly and assured us our room was still available. When we eventually arrived, the staff expected which was nice. The room was very clean and cosy, and they respected our request to have the view on the Accorhotel Arena. Then breakfast came which was a bit chaotic because of too many guests and too little personnel available. No maître d'hôtel to coordinate the staff and the disrespectful guests. Besides this, our stay was very pleasant. :)

The room seems small from 3 people even smaller for a family of 4. The shower and bathroom right next to the bed but the toilet seperate right after the room entrance....Everything else regarding the room was ok. Breakfast standard and boring every day. When I pay for breakfast I except to fry or boil to me some eggs and not do it myself. I expected a variety of croissants and not the typical industrial made ones and perhaps an omelette made by someone but did not happen, just some scrambled eggs every day Also the crew in breakfast was rude.

Hotel itself was great, however maybe some staff training would be beneficial in dealing with international guests. Everywhere we have been in France we have experienced locals looking at us whispering and laughing, I honestly did not expect this at a hotel, however we experienced this during our stay. It’s not acceptable and it does not make us want to return, nor recommend to our family and friends. Just because we can’t speak the language doesn’t mean we don’t understand staring whispering and laughing, it’s common to all languages and cultures

did not expect from a 4 star hotel

these are my sources of dissatisfaction: I asked in advance to an early check-in, they did not even read the email and the room was not ready for early check-in, I had to wait 3 hours. Also, they didn't see to feel the urgency to make a room available while I was waiting at the lobby. The bed sheet was not clean, I slept on the side of that I assumed clean, and then told the hotel manager about it. They mentioned they are going to tell the staff to take care for the next night. It didn't happen, I had the same sheets. The sofa in my room has a hole in it, as if someone smoke a cigarrette or some sort of hot rounded pushed on the sofa. It was disgusting to look at it. On the second day when I get back to room, the room supposedly serviced. However, the toilet paper and the tissue paper in the bathroom was not refilled. I ran out of toilet paper and tissue. The odor in the room was too much, I couldn't sleep well in the first couple of hours in the room. I had to keep the windows open and come back in 2 hours. The heating system was not working, I told the management. They sent someone. That person did not speak english. He went back and I got a call from management that the room heating is working fine. There were no blow coming out of the panels when you turn on the heating system. I could have expected the followings from the 3 star hotel (there is one next to them actually) not a 4 star hotel like novotel. I stayed at Novotel in Ottawa Nov 22nd and the level of service was immensely different.

An annoying minus at my stay was that every single table I used during breakfast, lunch and diner (and they were all different tables) was wobbly due to uneven or deformed legs.

Exceeded all our family expectations! Kids friendly, they hire a magician one day and Olaf from Frozen the next day , Impecable rooms, restaurant, everywhere. well located, sound proofing rooms, good air conditioning, excellent service. Good apart from tv in room 514 not showing all channels.

On arrival on Wednesday 20 November at about 17:00 I discovered that the television in my room (514) was not receiving all the usual channels, in particular BBC World News and CNN were missing. I reported this straight away to reception. I went out for the evening and came back to discover that the television had been replaced with a smaller one but I was still unable to receive all channels including BBC World News and CNN. The situation was the same when I left on the morning of Friday 22 November. For a 4 star hotel I think that this is poor and that you should be able to fix a malfunctioning television quickly, definitely within 24 hours. Apart from that everything was fine but a properly working television is important particularly English speaking news channels as I was on a business trip.

Hotel location, service, room, cleanliness was perfect. We have opted for breakfast, but for vegetarian there were no option for same, we ended up eating bread butter than. The attended there told nothing can be done in kitchen also, which was feel bad factor. Rest stay was good.
