I loved the location and the room was clean. The most thing I loved was the friendly staff members especially the nice lady at the reception, I do not recall the name (I think Florcinta). The team are very helpful and friendly.

Overall great. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. Staff are great and very accommodating. Location is excellent, bus/tram stop just a few steps across the hotel. Totally recommended.
