Family room is very small not enough space to move, no cuboard, smallest beds, poor lighting and and at back of bed.

At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that you found the room amenities too limited, the view disappointing, and the overall room quality unsatisfactory.
