The hotel itself was fine. The main issue was that our family room was next to the smoking area and people leave the door open as they can't reenter from there if the door closes. On the second day of our stay, it smelled both like cigarettes and weed both in the hallway and in our room. We opened the window to air it out. This is somewhat out of control of the staff but it would be best if the property moved the smoking area away from the rooms.

Great place. Ideal location outside of Zurich but with amazing transport links. Hotel lovely and clean, staff all very friendly. Only one negative is the electric sockets - there is an extension cube but no plug sockets near the full length mirror.

This is a good value hotel for Zurich. Easily accessible by public transport, great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was small and basic, despite being labelled an upgrade, but it was clean and comfortable.
