It is an excellent hotel, at a good location to visit Zurich, tastefully decorated, and has a very friendly staff. They served a fantastic vegan breakfast (upon previous request)!

I booked this stay for family who was visiting, they had no complaints at all. They enjoyed the room, the breakfast, and the staff was very helpful. The location is very convenient to us, so they could just walk to us each day. On the booking side, the website wasn't super helpful but the staff helped with everything we needed when I got them checked in.

Good location as long as you have a car. Very clean and comfortable rooms only issue was that it was very hot in the room overnight, even in October. Would definitely use again in winter but would go to a hotel with air conditioning in the summer.
