Located just a kilometre from the Luzern train station. Easily accessible by bus (2 stops) or by walk (10 minutes). Hotel offered free coffee 24 hours, so it was a blessing to come back on a cold evening and sip one. Room was very big and spacious with large bathroom. The room had a safe although it could have been slightly bigger to accommodate a slightly bigger laptop. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Umbrellas are available for rent and snacks/pre cooked meals are also available.

We actually booked Ibis Styles because there weren’t many accommodation options left in Luzern, but we were pleasantly surprised. We felt that the location was great, the breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The rooms were also good and definitely met our needs. A really good experience overall.
