the room was very small, had a outdated design and dimly lighted for a family room. but what troubled us was the fact that when we called for room service, we were expected to go down and get our own towels. when we asked for room cleaning, we didn’t got our room cleaned and we had to wait for the next day for our room to get cleaned. however, the location was good and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. overall it wasn’t a really good stay but it wasn’t bad.

The hotel is more than 3 star. It has microwave, and kettle for us which other ibis that i stayed in Italy do not have. Good location too and near to a bus stop that u can take to Central train station within 3 stops

Convenient location, about 5 minutes walk form the old city. The staff were very kind, and answered all our questions. We would happily go back.

The rooms are quite old, the bathrooms outdated and pieced together. It doesn’t have the modern feel of the other Ibis in Luzern, which costs half the price.
