The rooms are quite old, the bathrooms outdated and pieced together. It doesn’t have the modern feel of the other Ibis in Luzern, which costs half the price.

The hotel is centrally located .near bus stop ,super market and with in walkable distance to Lucerne central railway station . The rooms where clean.overall experience was good.

Decent room to stay but lot of restrictions, not revisiting

The checkin and room was decent. Stay had issues related to restrictions of hotel features - for eg, we were stopped from entering the restaurant because some “private event” was going on. Nothing was informed to us, it is a big inconvenience to wait for our dinner until the “private event” ends at 9.30pm. The heater did not work on first day but hotel staff did not bother to fix it during our stay nor provided any compensation. The housekeeping came in despite putting DND on the handle. After bed refresh, housekeeping left the window open even when heater was not working and we fell sick the second night.
