We'd like to say thank you very much for welcoming us as guest. We can use facilities (microwave, hot water for tea/coffee) at the pantry. I think our room was upgraded. It's very nice to rest after a long tiring journey from Milan to Luzern. Kids also love the foosball table at the lobby. Such a happy experience for them. Location is near to Lion monument/Glacier Garden and Chapel Bridge. We'll recommend Ibis Style Luzern City for travelers that come to Lucerne..

Price was reasonable and room was clean. Would have liked more than one pillow, beds not overly comfortable. Also better air conditioning as room was not cool enough for us. Breakfast buffet could use more fruit.
