Located just a kilometre from the Luzern train station. Easily accessible by bus (2 stops) or by walk (10 minutes). Hotel offered free coffee 24 hours, so it was a blessing to come back on a cold evening and sip one. Room was very big and spacious with large bathroom. The room had a safe although it could have been slightly bigger to accommodate a slightly bigger laptop. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Umbrellas are available for rent and snacks/pre cooked meals are also available.
