I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — very close to the train station and within easy reach of the city center. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive. My room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I really liked everything about the hotel and would happily stay here again!

I am a member so am aware of standards. We had a large room but very old and poor condition. The price was as high as our last 4 star in St Moritz, so not good value. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The breakfast has a reasonable selection but not of a good quality standard. 12:00 checkout is good and secure facilities for bag storage.

Travelling thru Switzerland and staying at comparable hotels in Zurich and Lausanne, we found the Ibis to be much better value due to size or room, bath and shower, coffee and water in our room and a reasonably priced breakfast. We could also get uk tv in our room which was a bonus🙂 Having said above, bathroom fittings all a bit tired and room could do with a refresh.

Oldstyle room, no sofa or armchair, now winodow in the bathroom, no shower, only bath (Who uses a bath in a hotel single room? for kids maybe yes...)

Staying with a baby was very difficult; I had to carry the stroller up the stairs at the entrance; There was an extra bed instead of a baby cot, and it lacked safety rails, even though I had requested one via email; There was no refrigerator in the room.

Friendly staff exept Thomas (rude, unhelpful and discourteous employee) Room (217) Air conditioning was hot, and no technician available night time, so they offered us 2 fans. I got parking ticket because Hotel didn't register my car in parking system.
