Overall good stay, staff, breakfast etc. It's Our 3rd at this hotel in last 3 years. 2 specific points of concern. I learned hotels in Luzern would offer the discount card which we can use for entry tickets at nearby tourist destinations e.g. Mount Titlis. We weren't offered this. Over 2 days I missed out on fair sum of potential savings. Secondly, we didn't receive vouchers while booking for receiving welcome drink upon check-in. While monetarily small - we had guests and due to our previous 2 visits we had created anticipation for such a welcome and it turned our check-in experience into an embarrassment.
