Decent breakfast. Great location. Disappointed in this Ibis Styles. I've stayed in a few and this was probably no better than an Ibis budget. Smallest room I've ever stayed in. Smallest bathroom with tiny shower which was either roasting hot or freezing cold. Very disappointing.

I booked a non smoking room. The room was definitively not smoke free. I hate it when my pillows smell after tobacco. The china ware and glasses were not clean. The floor was not clean. The curtains had rips in them. The paintwork of doors was severely damaged. I will never return to an IBIS Style and certainly not to the one in Luzern. I am a member of Accor live limitless with silver status. I will rethink this.

Personal was not able to find an iron and handle a laundry. I end up using same clothes (no iron) for two days since they forgotten to request my laundry. There is plenty of better hotels in Luzern for the same price.

Very nice place and near to supermarket. The place also near to the lion monument which is one of the tourist attractions. The price is also quite affordable with very good quality.

Great and affordable place in Lucerne

Great place and comfortable! The price is also affordable compare to other big hotels in Lucerne. The only problem is only the shower water temperature is not consistent, sometimes it become very very hot.

A great location to visit my daughter, close to old town and a bunch of tourist attractions. It’s only a 15 minutes walk from the train station. The staff was super friendly and could easily help when my daughter booked the hotel for me. Further more could help when she forgot to mention that I would be staying and they easily fixed. Over all very satisfied with my stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel is one street away from my sons house so so convenient. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially when my husband hurt his ankle and the young lady on reception fetched us a large bowl of ice. Buffet breakfast was great and replenished when items running low. Our bedroom had a balcony overlooking a courtyard and moth bedroom and bathroom was clean. The only negative I would say and the reason I did not score 10 are the carpets in the corridors are very marked and makes it look dirty.

Everything was fine, probably above our expectations. We had checked in online so all was ready for us when we arrived. Reception staff very pleasant and provided useful local information. The room was clean and of a good size. Added bonus was tea and coffee making facility which we don't usually find in continental European hotels. Housekeeping was excellent during our 5 night stay. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The hotel was in a good location close to all public transport options. All in all, a good experience.

The moment we lied on the bed when we checked in, my wife felt her body itches all over. As for me, I started getting running nose and my nose was also itching. Both of us suffered allergic reactions due to the unclean mattress and bed linen. We couldn't stay a minute longer and had to immediately check ourselves of our the hotel.

Good day all...just wanted to let u know my experience staying with u... There was no dustbin in our room... When we went to the reception, the girl in charge seemed not bothered and said there is nothing she could do and gave us some plastic bags... That was still okay... However I was disappointed that our complaints were not registered... No dustbin was given to us the next day either untill we asked from the counter again.. We also asked for some fork and they said it was not possible...Overall I'm not happy with the service provided taking into consideration that nothing is cheap at Switzerland ...
