Well located between several tourist destinations. Staff was extremely accommodating to our family, especially our toddler. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Would stay there again!!

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and little son, however, the first night was disappointed due to the hot water supply system broken down, no hot water, no one informed us in advance of check-in. The following 2 nights were acceptable, hot water recovered. Free coffee, microwave provided, very good to hotel guests ! Regarding the hot water issue, this is always the crucial facility to hotel guests. I believe the management team of the hotel had tried the best in order to get it resolved. However, full payment had made upon check-in, we were unable to change in such the shortest time. We were very nervous since the first night, my wife felt unhappy as it was our holiday trip, we didn't know whether hot water supply could be recovered or not (consider winter time, no shower for little kid). We spent (wasted) the whole day (2nd day) to wait and see if the problem resolved, otherwise we requested to cancel the following 2 nights. Really had affected our emotion most.

Hotel is the really city center, great position to visit the city and access public transportation. Everything is clean and reception personnel is really nice, but the quality of sleep is not very good - structure is old and you can hear any noise, step or voice coming from surrounding rooms (me and family were woken up several times during the night because of walking people on the upper room and, again, from a phone conversation in one of the side rooms). Despite this, my overall experience is good!
