Lovely stay. Perfectly located and access was easy with the Visitor Card. Front desk staff members ( esp Claudia) were lovely. Comfortable and clean room. Accor welcome drinks greatly appreciated.

Room was tidy and comfortable enough. Kettle broken and had to be replaced. Fridge not working. Cigarette smoke through windows. Suspect someone smoking nearby with their windows opened. It was quite noisy too. Breakfast was below average and fruits were bruises.

The reception is one best in the world.. I have been so many times at this hotel.. always helpful and professional.. I just wish that the hotel would use background music from our company that are located and produced in Luzern .. 1000TRAX. COM
