The hotel does not have air conditioning. This is not well publicized on the website. This is intentional, I believe. The staff at the reception desk was more interested in the payment method rather than informing about this fact. As soon as the payment got through, then this fact was conveniently revealed. Then we immediately said that we don’t want to stay here. It was told that it is not possible. Then we argued about it. It was finally agreed that it will be done. We cancelled and left the place. Surprisingly, it is mentioned that the cancellation was due to a payment problem and not because of a missing amenity which was conveniently not well informed. The receptionist Ipa did not express any regrets for inconvenience caused and was quite happy to see us go despite being a Gold member. We are never going to be involved with Accor ecosystem in future. Very cold and impersonal experience for us. Bye bye Accor.

We stayed for two nights. Hotel is located in the suburb of Kriens, not far from the city centre. We had a great room with a view of Mount Pilatus. Very spacious, very comfortable bed, bathroom was also very well appointed.
