When I arrive at a hotel, the most important thing is the staff and the hospitality. Here, as at Ibis Budget Hotel, the staff did everything to make sure I left satisfied. The ibis is situated a short walk from train station making it so convenient for getting to lucerne, 2 stops away. The room is clean, and has small fridge which is so handy to store some small bits. The staff are so friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much bother. I had to extend my stay and the staff were really helpful in that regards. Great place to stay.

Nice Room, good Bed. Clean, except the ceiling in the bathroom. Pls lift your head when cleaning. Thick dust - wool between the panels.

On the whole, I was satisfied with the hotel. The location of this hotel was great. The lady at the check in point wasn't aware of my request to have an extra bed and that the hotel had agreed for me to previously to use the cost of the early check in for the breakfast. Despite her saying that her English was not at an advanced level, she articulated herself very well, used her initiative and dealt with it excellently /also professionally. She reviewed my emails with the hotel and agreed that it was correct. She also said that she would provide a folding bed (which had already been put in the room) and provided a ticket to roam around Lucerne for free, which was lovely. The room itself was clean but the beds (especially the folding bed) were not comfortable at all but given the price paid for 1 night including breakfast, I do not wish to be too negative about it. Water was provided in the room, which was appreciated. In the morning, we were provided with a lovely breakfast, which was well worth the price! I would definitely return to stay with you at your hotel but I would just suggest that the quality of the beds improve! Other than that, a very pleasant stay. Thank You!
