Hicke Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

It was okay if you just want somewhere to sleep as the room was very gloomy & had a strange smell when you came into the room. Reception staff don't give any information about the hotel, breakfast times or breakfast set up on check in so you just have to find everything out yourself. Conveniently located across from train station and has a few shops nearby. Nice enough area to sit outside with a coffee or beer but there are a lot of smokers, so their smoke was a big put off for us.

The staff who assisted with the checkin was nice to inform that there is welcome drink which I can redeem on the app. But the instructions was not clear.l and I swiped on the app to redeem during check in. When I tried ask for the drinks in the evening, the staff asks to show the app and said that the drinks are redeemed and was annoyed when I explained what has happened. She asks me to wait till the next day to verify with the colleague who checked me in.
