well, located, clean but heating was too much and not able to open a window. Amenities such a tea and coffee would be beneficial

The hotel has an excellent, helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Everyone treated us well during our two-day stay over the new year. The rooms are quite compact, but our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Excellent value for Switzerland during the nights we stayed. Very conveniently located across the street from the Baar train station. The hotel was a bit further from Zug and the lake than we thought, but otherwise, an excellent choice and good value.

Experience could have been better, as there were paper glasses kept in room, there was no face tissues in bathroom, we asked kettle at reception which was too dirty and was not able to use and lastly there was no dustbin in the room.
