Location great, Breakfast OK (Orange Juice could use some improvement, no variety in cold cuts during 3 days), The room needs: Minibar, Bigger Smart TV, Better hair dryer in the bathroom.

Hotel is nice and location is good, but too expensive, considering that: - my room was very cold, I tried to call the reception but phone was broken - I asked for an adapter but the reception didn't have any

Low standard accommodation, totally overpriced

Online check-in process cumbersome and totally useless: could not update credit card when being in the hotel, but ID card was still requested and typed in. Company address was any not on the invoice, although entered during online check-in. The room itself is small, but functionally ok. But the ceiling in the shower was rusty and the shower-head leaking; 30% of the water came out at the handle. And that all for 190 CHF!

Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten bitten wir Sie vielmals um Entschuldigung. Der Online Check-in ist eine tolle Möglichkeit die Anreise und Abreise zu vereinfachen. Leider kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, warum der Ausweis noch benötigt wurde. Normalerweise werden alle Daten direkt in unser System eingelesen. Sie hatten die Option vom Fast Check-out gewählt. Dabei wird die angegebene Kreditkarte direkt durch das System belastet. Ein Austausch der Karte im Hotel ist im nachhinein leider nicht mehr möglich. Die Adresse wurde durch Ihre Mitgliedschaft im Treueprogramm ALL übersteuert. Sie haben die Privat- und Geschäftsadresse hinterlegt. Die Priorität liegt mit den momentanen Einstellungen auf der Privatadresse. Die Angaben können Sie jederzeit in der App oder auf der Homepage anpassen. Gerne überprüfen wir bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt mit Ihnen die Eingaben und helfen Ihnen bei den Anpassungen. Selbstverständlich bieten wir auch den normalen Check-in an der Reception an. Dieser dauert einige Sekunden länger, dafür können wir alle Daten gemeinsam überprüfen und jegliche Änderungen vornehmen. Auch der Fast Check-out kann an der Reception direkt bei der Anreise abgewickelt werden und spart Ihnen Zeit am Abreisetag. Haben Sie nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen. Wir hoffen, Ihr Vertrauen bei einer Ihrer nächsten Übernachtungen wiederzugewinnen, und würden uns freuen, Sie schon bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Worst hotel I've stayed at in 15 years

Downunderman TripAdvisor review

I have been coming to the Zug/Baar region for business for 20 years and managed to avoid staying at this hotel, until tonight. Unfortunately, all the other hotels were booked out in town. Let's hope i never have to stay here again. One of the single worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Room is not clean, tiny, dity, bed not comfortable....the list goes on. Just avoid at all costs. I am a seasoned traveler and surprised Accor let this hotel operate. This should be closed down immediately.
