The team here were amazing, so happy that I stayed there for the past almost 2 months. Cleaning was thorough, the boys were following proper guidelines and I'm proud of them. The only issue I had was with the breakfast, as one of the sales team told me that my stay comes with breakfast but the hotel manager told me there's no breakfast! So I never actually tried the breakfast.

I had to warm up my food and when the concierge Houssain handed me a pen. The pen wrote really well and I liked it. I told him it was a great pen and he should share where I could get one because I wanted to buy for myself. Instead he gave me the pen for free. This was such a great gesture and I truly appreciated it. I had a great conversation with the manager Emmanuel who also happens to be a Nigerian. I also discovered my dad had stayed there just about 3 weeks before I did. So I guess Ibis Al Rigga is family then! I would like to confirm that my point for sustainability and saving water was also added to my account.

This is the go-to Hotel for me in Dubai. It is well located on all my errands during my short trips. Taking advantage in the shops and food stalls/ restaurant around the Area. Been here couple of times the staff should say at least welcome back. But that has not ruin my stay. Thank you.
