Hotel room as clean on arrival but we discovered the ceiling crawling with insects, obviously the walls & ceiling have not been cleaned and we spent a very uncomfortable night, we paid for 2 nights but left after 1 without any engagement with staff as the staff member at reception was also managing breakfast and had no English

Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h. Nous avons sonné plusieurs fois au portail. Personne n’est venu nous ouvrir. Heureusement un client nous a laissé entrer et nous avons pu avoir accès à la borne. Cela ne nous était jamais arrivé.
