Dear Mrs F., Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I understand your disappointment with the absence of a minibar in your room, especially when traveling with your pet. We took them away explicitly for this reason. Indeed, some people (in other hotels of our group) got sick after storing food for a few days in those. The reason being these are not fridges, since they are only cooled down to 10 degrees. We have stayed here many times and so I was very disappointed there was no longer a mini fridge in our room, which was very inconvenient as we travel with our dog and I usually put his dog food in the fridge and some fresh milk for ourselves

Had a good overnight stay on our trip down to il de re from the uk. Hotel was easy to find a short diversion from the motorway and check in experience on arrival was quick and easy. Ate in the restaurant and both enjoyed our meals and a drink. Room was quiet and comfortable. I used the EV charger and connection was simple although the billing mechanism was unusual in that you paid the same rate once connected even after the charging was full. This means set an alarm to avoid paying for idle connection to charger. Must be a better way to sort this. Overall a good experience and I’d go back

The stay was nice overall, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. However, unfortunately, the breakfast was not enjoyable at all. The bacon and scrambled eggs were cold, only vegetarian sausages that tasted like cardboard and there was a very small selection of charcuterie to have as an alternative. This was disappointing and could definitely be improved.

We stayed as a family of four. Unlike most other hotels they class my 12 year old daughter as an adult which means 19 euros for her breakfast but the main problem was the double sofa bed for my two children, we asked for another duvet just so they could have their own covers and were initially told that it wouldn't be a problem. 10 minutes later the very nice lady that we had asked came over and told us her colleague had said no. It is one per room. I've never stayed in a hotel that has no spare bedding. Lovely hotel otherwise

This was a very comfortable hotel. We had a large room with a sofa in. A lovely bathroom, with bath and shower, with a separate toilet. We had both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, which were both good. All the staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful. They had a lovely sitting out area and an outdoor pool. We did sit out and had a drink in the evening but did not use the pool, we would have done if we were staying longer. Plenty of on site parking which is always a bonus. Good location for motorways and main roads, but in a quiet location, one side overlooking the countryside. It was a very nice stay and we would use the hotel again and would also recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel(family of 3) for 3 nights and it was a perfect choice in terms of proximity to Tours city center but also for other attractions like Beauval zoo and Lulu park which are great for kids. The hotel is clean, comfortable, great choice in terms of breakfast and a qualitative menu for dinner. The swimming pool is a nice extra even though it doesn't have a low height section (careful if you have kids). Unfortunately our car got scratched during the night when a nearby car left and left a long line on the side. This is not definitely the responsibility of the hotel management but it's more like an advise to check regularly your car in terms of bends an scratches. Some people don't have the courtesy or level of civic education to leave their phone number and reach out in case of this happens...
