Working week, Mon to Friday. Nice stay First night (9th May) I have been in a noisy room (close to elevator), not a nice experience. I asked to move the night but they said not possible until next day (not nice...customer is king in my mind!). Next day I have been moved at far away room but this time no king size bed just 2 single beds....In other words you got something but not all....Appreciate the effort to move anyway. Thank you.

Je suis désolée d'apprendre que votre expérience en chambre n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et je vous prie d'accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Nous comprenons votre déception concernant le bruit de l'ascenseur mais malheureusement le 09 Mai, 71 de nos 93 chambres étaient louées et nous n'avions plus de chambre loin de l'ascenseur de disponible. C'est pour cela que nous vous avons changé de chambre dès le lendemain où nous avons commis l'erreur de vous attribuer une chambre avec deux petits lits, pour cela nous tenions à vous présenter toutes nos excuses pour le désagréments, je tenais à vous assurer que cela ne reflète pas nos habitudes de service et soyez assuré que les mesures nécessaires seront mises en œuvre afin d'améliorer notre offre de service, Nous espérons regagner votre confiance lors d’un prochain séjour.
