Room was cold, like the last time of ny stay during winter and early spring. 19deg/C policy is not applied to the other hotel downtown the city of Tours. a good excuse to save money at the expense of the comfort and health of your guests

Dear MrTartaglia, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience at our hotel. I apologize for the discomfort you encountered with the room temperature during your stay. We understand the importance of a comfortable environment and strive to ensure our policies are applied consistently. 19°C is indeed the policy required by Accor. However, we do authorize a +2°C gap up to 21°C for your comfort. I am sorry you could not set the room to a higher temperature. Furthermore, if you are really feeling sick, a mobile heating unit can be provided on request. We hope that you will have a better experience next time if you choose to stay with us once again. We telephoned prior to booking to check you had a twin room with a shower and we’re reassured that you did so booked on line. We were dismayed to discover you didn’t, and that such rooms don’t exist. Which seems odd as they do in the rest of the chain. Receptionist initially expected us to accept double with shower we had to insist that this would nor work for us. Eventually given one with a sofa bed. Not ideal but we coped. Sofa beds may not comfortable for adults with disabilities.
