Dear Mr L., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. I sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please note that our hotel policy does not the storage of personal items in our common professional fridges. I am also sorry to hear that the quality of the dinner did not satisfy you. However, I can firmly confirm that each and every single plate served in our restaurant are fully homemade. We would have way less staff otherwise, and it is not our policy to serve mediocre meals. Nevertheless, I am sorry if you had a bad experience and would love to know more about what was wrong specifically. I fully understand that you are not wishing to be coming back. Dear Mr B., Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our location and staff service. I appreciate your comments about the refurbishment and understand your expectations concerning room amenities. Mini fridges are available in 'Privilege' rooms as they offer complimentary drinks. However, they have been replaced for water with fountains providing unlimited fresh water. Indeed, the minibars were only cooling at around 10 degrees and were not adequate anymore. Please note that our air conditioning settings are designed to ensure comfort, however, I will take your suggestions regarding fans and temperature under consideration. The AC is set by default at 24 degrees, and can be set manually by you in a range of 22 to 26 degrees. Feel free to request some help at the reception if needed to set the AC to your liking !
