We stayed as a family of four. Unlike most other hotels they class my 12 year old daughter as an adult which means 19 euros for her breakfast but the main problem was the double sofa bed for my two children, we asked for another duvet just so they could have their own covers and were initially told that it wouldn't be a problem. 10 minutes later the very nice lady that we had asked came over and told us her colleague had said no. It is one per room. I've never stayed in a hotel that has no spare bedding. Lovely hotel otherwise

This was a very comfortable hotel. We had a large room with a sofa in. A lovely bathroom, with bath and shower, with a separate toilet. We had both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, which were both good. All the staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful. They had a lovely sitting out area and an outdoor pool. We did sit out and had a drink in the evening but did not use the pool, we would have done if we were staying longer. Plenty of on site parking which is always a bonus. Good location for motorways and main roads, but in a quiet location, one side overlooking the countryside. It was a very nice stay and we would use the hotel again and would also recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel(family of 3) for 3 nights and it was a perfect choice in terms of proximity to Tours city center but also for other attractions like Beauval zoo and Lulu park which are great for kids. The hotel is clean, comfortable, great choice in terms of breakfast and a qualitative menu for dinner. The swimming pool is a nice extra even though it doesn't have a low height section (careful if you have kids). Unfortunately our car got scratched during the night when a nearby car left and left a long line on the side. This is not definitely the responsibility of the hotel management but it's more like an advise to check regularly your car in terms of bends an scratches. Some people don't have the courtesy or level of civic education to leave their phone number and reach out in case of this happens...

No fridge in the room and according to the front desk it was not allowed in all of France to store the food for our baby in the common hotel fridge. The diner was poor quality but top price. Obviously already prepared plates that came straight from the fridge. As a long time Accor guest with many stays and ex platinum member I was dissapointed and will not book this hotel in the future.

Nevertheless, I am sorry if you had a bad experience and would love to know more about what was wrong specifically. I fully understand that you are not wishing to be coming back. Checked in at 15h, room not ready until 15.30h, apology for delay but no offer to have a free drink whilst waiting, room was dirty despite having to wait for room. Staff were friendly, lobby was modern and welcoming, as was the outside swimming pool.

Staff exellent and friendly. Love the refurb, shame fridge's remove as I would expect one in superior room. Need to supply fans as you have set air con at 26c and put ridiculous posters in lift saying 26c is the optimum temperature for sleeping!

I appreciate your comments about the refurbishment and understand your expectations concerning room amenities. Mini fridges are available in 'Privilege' rooms as they offer complimentary drinks. However, they have been replaced for water with fountains providing unlimited fresh water. Indeed, the minibars were only cooling at around 10 degrees and were not adequate anymore. Please note that our air conditioning settings are designed to ensure comfort, however, I will take your suggestions regarding fans and temperature under consideration. The AC is set by default at 24 degrees, and can be set manually by you in a range of 22 to 26 degrees. Feel free to request some help at the reception if needed to set the AC to your liking !
