Spent 3 nights here, very comfortable room with good bathroom and view of the grounds. The pool area is recently refurbished and looks lovely. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed the food and ambiance.

Novotel Ambopise is a nice hotel in a good location. My only negative is that the hot breakfast is rather poor

We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The food was great and there were lots of activities to do with the children.

Nice looking hotel but cheap. Staff even want 50 cents for an envelope

Hotel is out of town, up on a hill overlooking the town but you would need a car. Safe didn't work. Had to wait a long time for restaurant service and the meal was not the best. Breakfast served up rock hard potatoes left over from dinner and the rest was cold. Again service bad as was breakfast. Nice pool if you had time to use it.

Unbelievably the wheelchair accessible room is not accessible to somebody with a wheelchair! The distance between the end of the bed and the built-in furniture is less that the width of a normal wheelchair. Cleanliness was also poor with lots of dust.
