Room was fine, dinner experience very good, you need to substantially improve your breakfast offering in all aspects including food offered, buffet layout and choice and invest in staff training

The staff was very nice and helpful. First night we had an amazing view, then requested 2 rooms with a connecting door and got similar rooms, but view to parking lot. The rooms are clean, very basic (for example- no bag for laundry, no vanity kit that we are used to from other hotels). In the last night there was loud noise of machines (probably from ventilation system) for a long time and an alarm. We called and the staff said it is being taken care of, but it took time and it disturbed our sleep. No compensation was offered.

The hotel is well located, spacious, and has very kind staff and nice rooms. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The staff was nice, but there weren't many options, and we had to wait a while for the scrambled eggs. For the cost, I expected better. I won't take breakfast again, not worth it.

Nice easy check-in after a long drive from Spain. Plenty of parking and the room was comfortable. Restaurant and bar staff were great and it was nice to enjoy a drink with a view of Amboise. We enjoyed our stay.
