Water heater was not working and we had an infant, struggled with it not working. We requested for an hour late check out exceptionally and it wasn’t granted and during check in time it was delayed with long queue

Smooth check in process on Wednesday.. not many people before Eid. Room was resort facing but on a low floor. I asked for a higher floor but level 2 was the maximum. I wish they had stated this on the booking. My family was very comfortable with the room and kitchen appliances. The size was excellent. The resort itself felt a little neglected. Various parts of it closed for maintenance. Slides and pools closed as well as restaurants. Kids club is good. Socks are required and not much to do on the Wednesday. Many activities on Thursday and Friday which they enjoyed. I wanted to change my breakfast for late lunch or dinner because of Ramadan but they couldn’t accommodate.. even a take away for breakfast was denied. I’m quite disappointed. Suhour was offered however wasn’t mentioned to me during checkin so I had no idea. Overall I think the resort could have accommodated and adapted better to individual circumstances..
