We are visiting the hotel for four times till the years and every time was excellent except the last one. We stayed two hours in the morning with a child sleeping on the couch at the reception till waiting to accommodate us in the room, because of early hour we arrived. And we paid for upgrades. The manager saw us that we are with a child at 4am and nothing. That’s the last time we stayed at Sofitel the palm. We have canceled flights because of the closure airspace and that’s why we were so early in the hotel and very tired.

Your reservation for the night of 5th to 6th March was made just one hour prior to arrival, processed online at 03:22 am, and you arrived at 04:25 am, expecting your room to be ready immediately. Our standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs. Despite the challenges caused by the current geopolitical situation in the country, which limited resources and room availability, you were personally met by the manager, and a room was allocated at 06:32 am, well before the standard check-in time, keeping courtesy and guest comfort in mind. Throughout this period, our team worked tirelessly, often away from their own families, to provide safety, support, and professional service to all guests. The hotel extended every possible assistance, including flexibility with reservations, special room rate considerations, and adjustments to meal plans wherever feasible. It is therefore disheartening to receive feedback that is inconsistent with the actual service and efforts provided. While we value constructive feedback, this review does not reflect the genuine support and care extended by the hotel team during such unprecedented circumstances.
