Most average 5 star Hotel. Apart from it being stunning with beautiful views, everything else was just ordinary. Nothing stood out that was worthy of being called a 5 star.

The hotel experience was very disappointing. Everything was extremely slow, from check-in to room service, and the place was always crowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was hard to get any assistance quickly. Overall, it was stressful and not comfortable at all.

I recently stayed here over the weekend, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the expectations one has for a 5-star brand. It felt more like a 3-star or average 4-star property at best. Check-in & Room The process started on a frustrating note with an incredibly long wait to check in. When I finally got to my room, it was a bad one. I actually had to request a room change, and then had to change it a second time before finding something even remotely acceptable. Service & Dining The service is easily the weakest point. Whether it was by the beach or in the restaurants, getting anyone's attention was a struggle. Beach Service: It takes ages to order food or drinks. When the items finally arrive, the quality is mediocre. Breakfast: The food selection is decent and the taste is okay, but the logistics are a nightmare. It is nearly impossible to find a table. Coffee: Truly horrible. My advice to the staff: please don't even offer it to guests until the quality is significantly improved. Shisha: We ordered shisha at the beach restaurant, and it was very poor quality. Facilities Pool: The pool area was small, overcrowded, and frankly unpleasant. The water seemed dirty and had a very noticeable, bad odor. Final Thoughts This stay did not live up to the standard of a luxury hotel. There are 4-star hotels in Dubai that offer much better service, cleaner facilities, and a far more luxurious environment than what I experienced here. I expected much more from this brand.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel as it was advertised, the breakfast is not that good, with a very limited types of fruits (3) somedays (2), the pool has a very limited amount of chairs and spots to seat and most of the cases not spot at all. The most important is that it was not a very clean room, with some hairs and some kids stickers glued on the floor. The hotel is far away from restaurants, so you have to keep in mind that the prices for meals at the hotel are overpriced. The staff crew is the best part of the hotel, to be honest the biggest asset of this hotel. Nothing personal, best wishes for improvement. Best regards.
