Check took ages, even though I had pre-checked in with the Accor App. Was given a room with a less than hoid view. No recognition of Gold Status. Went back to reception and a very nice lady assisted and we were shown 2 other rooms. A suite and the same room as ours with a better view. We took the better view over a bigger room. Sunday the hotel was full. Then Monday came and only 1 generic restaurant open until the next weekend. So we ate out most of the time except 1 in room dining which was bog standard room food. This is a family hotel used to being packed out. When its not packed too much closed and we were dissapointed as it did not make us want to return

My wife and I had a very enjoyable week, staff very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had half board, breakfast buffet very adequate, and evening international buffet had a great selection of dishes hot and cold.

Amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm! Special thanks to the FB team from the pool bars Mohit, Peerdep and Brian for being super friendly, attentive and professional during the whole stay. Your positive energy really made the experience even more enjoyable and they helped me to redeem my welcome drink voucher throw Accor app Huge appreciation as well to Dawn from Guest Relations for such a smooth and well-organized check-in experience. Everything was handled perfectly and professionally from the moment of arrival. The lounge access was absolutely amazing all staff members were incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional, and the check-in process there was very smooth as well. As an ALL Diamond member, I truly appreciated the beautiful room upgrade, priority check-in, executive lounge access and lovely in-room amenities. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and memorable experience. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
