Your description of the hotel as a “dreadful hotel” does not reflect the property accurately. Sofitel Dubai The Palm is recognized as one of the most beautiful, serene, and nature-oriented resorts on the Palm, with wide spread grounds, greenery, and spacious surroundings key features appreciated by our guests. The apartments are specifically designed to cater to families, which is why amenities such as washing machines and fridges are included. These features are intended to enhance the comfort and convenience of our guests and are highly valued by the majority of visitors. Regarding your breakfast comments, please note that we serve close to 800 guests daily. Breakfast is quieter and more peaceful from 06:30 to 09:00. From 09:00 to 11:00, it is the hotel’s peak period, which naturally results in a busier environment. Guests seeking a quieter breakfast experience are welcome to visit earlier or dine at our alternative outlets, where we extend the buffet to ensure comfort and convenience for all. We always strive to ensure our guests are happy and satisfied, and we kindly request that reviews are expressed politely and respectfully.
