am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was not informed that the kids club and children’s pool were closed, which was very inconvenient. The bed sheets were not clean, and even after requesting daily replacement, the pillows still had visible stains. At one point, the electricity in the room went off and it took around 30 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive. In another incident, I called to raise a complaint and the staff member hung up the phone on me. He was Arabic, I believe Lebanese. Later, the reservations manager informed me that dinner would be complimentary from the hotel, but when I went to the restaurant, this information turned out to be completely incorrect. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the unprofessional service and poor treatment. Based on this experience, there is 0% chance that I would return to this hotel again.

The lady at reception who handled my check-in was very professional and kind. She did an excellent job, her smile and helpful attitude really made a difference. However, the food was not good at all. I paid 150 AED for dinner, and the quality did not match the price. The selection was very limited, and I only ate there because I was extremely hungry after fasting all day. Otherwise, I would not choose to dine there. With 150 AED, I could easily order much better food elsewhere.

I booked a staycation here was disappointed in the fact that most of the restaurants were closed, which I think they should’ve mentioned this on the website before I decided to choose this hotel compared to other ones. And when I did try to book in one of the restaurants that is actually open, they would tell me it’s booked out. When I went to the other restaurant, this is that I can order à la carte then told me that the only option I have is the buffet and I didn’t like most of the food. I honestly regret picking this place. The room is nice, but the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. It was an OK experience, but I would probably not book here again

I spent 2 nights at Sofitel The Palm and let me tell you that everything from start to finish was top-notch. The reservation team accommodated ALL my requests and delivered everything according to my expectations. From the valet to the check in staff to the house keeping and all the restaurant and Spa staff, I must say a big thank you. Everyone ensured I had a great and relaxing weekend at the hotel. I will definitely visit again!
