Our room was upgraded to the sea view. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is modern and very clean. Definiteley enjoyed our stay. Hope the pool temperature can be increased to 30 degrees instead of 28.

Very happy of my stay at retreat, clean rooms & this is the most important point for me, service was good but a long queue for the reception and a bit slow, perfect view, love the big balcony with the outdoor furniture... I got an upgrade to suite and that was the perfect valentines gift

I was concerned that only one restaurant was open and they were providing half board. So I wondered if the food was going to be good or not. But the food didn’t disappoint. Everyday the food was good or great. The hotel has all the facilities you need for a any stay. Donyesola (apologies for misspelling her name) was very helpful and gave great service.

We spent a week in the Retreat and we fully enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and always ready to go the extra mile when we needed something. The pool and beach were beautiful and relaxing. We especially loved the view and the calm. Breakfast was good, although it was often quite busy and we sometimes had to wait to get a table. The rooms are spacious and seem quite new, but the bed and the pillow were not good unfortunately. I also asked if they had a different type of pillow because I prefer a harder one, but that was not the case, which is unfortunate.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Always serving with a smile. The room is clean and well kept. Lounge is a perfect way to sit and relax while having a quick bite and coffee. I also love the way we were served for the afternoon tea. And the spa personnel are amazing. We were able to do kayaking too! What a best way to end our last day. Thank you so much!

Every staff are helpful and I was glad to be checked in by Pedro who was kind enough to help us when we had a problem during check in. Food was fantastic and view is something so relaxing all throughout. I would love to stay more but I will be back soon for a longer time.
