I had an amazing time staying at this hotel ! Everything was perfect. I loved the room was very clean and spacey , they even had some roses when I arrived that was a really nice gesture ! The food was well prepared and delicious. All the staff was so kind and willing to help , always with a smile ! Special thanks to Samir at the restaurant and Jacqueline !! They even made me a chocolate cake the night before my departure , which I found rather sweet . I’ll definitely come back !!

Really if I desided to visit any place in Dubai to accommodate directly I will go to the retreat very special place for relaxing and enjoying from first moment I desided to reserve in our holiday I get very special follow up from (*Mr nasser in reservation**) he is very active staff from first moment till I get my room and Tej and Qader from housekeeping and room very excellent clean..wided and chris front office..Mr Amartya housekeeping manager...if I will come again really 100% because of your way of hospitality
