We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with our family. The staff was extremely considerate and accommodating, especially with the check-in and check-out timings, which made our trip much more relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added to the overall experience. Truly appreciate the hospitality and warm service. Highly recommended for families!

We booked full board deal with your hotel but we didn't like the food at all. The lunch items and dessert were repeated for dinner , the desserts and salads were also leftover from afternoon lunch. Other than breakfast there was no any drink counter during lunch and dinner.

From the moment of arrival, Chris opened the door of my taxi, took all of my luggage and welcomed me into the hotel, he got me accustomed very quickly, took his time to walk me through everything and as he saw I had a padel racquet with me he recommended me to the local courts nexto the hotel. Every day when I saw him he was super happy to see me, remembered my name, even remembered my exact room number somehow without looking it up.
