I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the very beginning. A special mention goes to Anuj, one of the waiters, who was exceptionally hospitable and cheerful. His warm personality and genuine attentiveness truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Overall, the service was outstanding—efficient, professional, and guest-oriented. The hotel’s facilities and services were well-organized, clean, and of high quality. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay in the hotel Personnels are very helpful and smily from breakfast Room with Mr Amgad and swimming pool for Kids with Mr Eustache Also the Pool Bar with Mr Rim and Mr Reshal as well . The Team are really very nice and Very nice hotel to recommend for everyone families or couples. We also eat very well from breakfast room and the Turkish Arabic restaurant ( thanks for the show with the fire for the food ☺️ and Also with Walid services in the evening)

Amazing hotel really can’t knock it everyone has been so welcoming and helpful especially Reshal, rim,irshad,Owen and bimal. Hotel very clean our room was serviced twice daily. Pool was lovely with amazing service. Restaurant all staff were amazing food was lovely with loads of choice even the vegan desserts were delicious. It was lovely to see managers even helping out well done to the retreat Dubai
