The pool is definitely one of the best things about this hotel. The rooms are okay, but nothing really special. The food, however, needs a lot of improvement. For a five-star hotel, we expected much better taste and variety. Honestly, the food felt more like what you would expect from a two-star hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly, and nice, which we really appreciated. We booked this hotel mainly because we thought we could enjoy swimming at the beach during our stay. Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. The beach water was green and did not look clean at all—it looked more like a lake than a beach. Overall, the pool and staff were great, but the food and beach condition really affected our experience.

We had such a wonderful stay celebrating my husband’s birthday! The hotel made it extra special with thoughtful gifts, a cake, and birthday greetings waiting in our room. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, especially the amazing manager at Vibe Restaurant inside the Hotel, who went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. We also loved the Kids Club, such a thoughtful idea for parents who don’t have a nanny and just need a little time to unwind in the beach or cafe while the kids have fun inside the Kuds club area. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ✨
