Super super good, it was quite atmosphere, no bar, no loud music, no Shisha bar, which is pretty much What I enjoy and look for, and what I need a break away from noise fast base of work. Nice swimming pool, seating area on the sea shore, good gym, smiling and welcoming staff. On short, it got the value for the money I paid.

Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All staff were very helpful, courteous and attended to all our needs. The spa service was excellent. Me and my wife both enjoyed our treatments. The resort exceeded our expectations.

It was a pleasure staying at The Retreat MGalleryis a very nice quiet hotel with an excellent break fast and high standards hospitality service. Overall the experience was brilliant and I really enjoyed a week with my little family. I will definitely stay there again. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Had an amazing time from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We were fortunate enough to have our rooms upgraded to the Superior room and Suite. 5 stars hands down, very spacious and a view to die for. Our rooms were kept clean on a daily basis and Rahul and Arsalan did a great job. The breakfast was probably 4 out of 5, as it didn't change much from day to day. However, Shruti and Hamza made our breakfast say every morning very pleasant. The both looked after as and made sure we got whatever we needed. All in all an absolutely amazing stay, and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I celebrated my birthday and they give me a very nice surprise. I paid for summer promo yet they upgraded my room into suite. The set up of bed are nice with greeting card and a cake. Well done to everyone.

2 things where improvement is required: Check-in experience and Check-in and Check-out timings The room was decorated for someones birthday so we were surprised to see the birthday decoration. We had to remove it from the bed. The booking showed laguna park was included but when i asked for the tickets to laguna park, the check-in staff apologised that she mentioned that on the booking by mistake. Apart from the above 2 issues, the stay was very good and relaxing.

it was our anniversary and I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to have organised a wonderful deco in our room and a cake for our anniversary. It made our day. IT was a weekend and the spa was fully booked, hence could not enjoy that facility. We did enjoy the beach. The pool was also crowded. The special BBQ dinner was awesome. the breakfast was also good, the staff were very friendly. In total, we had a very pleasant stay.

Long check-in, still waiting for my points

I am an Accor platinum member. Called the hotel to check if I could use one of my suite upgrades and they said it had to be done at check-in and I had to book a more expensive room to get it (full sea view). I arrived and I was told my reservation was not in the system as the system was down. Once found, he said no suites were available, which was “surprising” considering that they were still available for booking on their website. I was then sent to speak to the manager, which took another 20 min wait. After check-in was done, I was given the keys to the room 1h+ after check-in time (which was supposed to be 3pm). The room was nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. All the staff was really great. The property has a private beach and a good restaurant onsite (doesn’t serve alcohol). The day after, we got a late checkout at 2pm but could stay at the beach longer. All in all, I give it only 3 points because, despite the staff and properly were 5, the check-in and the delay in getting the Accor points are a huge bummer.

We had a great time staying at The Retreat Palm Dubai, mainly because of the incredible staff, specially Mr. Ajmair from reception and ladies from Club Lounge. Very good breakfast buffet with everything you could want. Very good pool and also the beach which was directly adjacent to the pool area. We would stay there again , we will recommend this hotel
