Honestly, team is supportive and shared warmth to best. Only being Indian food was comparatively not great as very much lack of Spices and taste.

The hotel is situated nicely with easy beach access. The only downside is when I booked for in-door rose bath they did not follow up and did not even give a proper instruction when I asked the reception. Seems like not all of the reception staff are knowledgeable of what they are offering. Also, I booked for 2 people and the toiletries are missing one set. For a high star hotel I expect more. But I commend the valet parking staff for assisting me with my EV when it wasn't charging properly. Overall stay was good.
