We recently stayed at The Retreat and booked 4 rooms, requesting adjoining rooms with honeymoon arrangements. The hotel did a wonderful job accommodating our request, and we were very pleased with the spacious room sizes. A special thank you to Elena and Naveed for arranging a late checkout for all four rooms, which allowed our family to make the most of the resort facilities and activities without feeling rushed. This hotel is an excellent choice for families. The kids loved the shaded pool area and splash pad, while the daily activities kept both adults and children entertained from morning until evening. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options and excellent value for money. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized holiday experience.

Perfect place to unwind a bit from the busy city life - peaceful, if you go during the weekday;) The view from the room and balcony is just breathtaking - best point for this hotel , you can not literally leave your balcony chair - how beautiful it is ! The rooms are cozy and surprisingly comfortable, not giving you a noisy luxury experience but rather home style decoration, yet everything you need and more was there ! Thanks to a very special treatment from the team - especially NAVEED, - my stay was quiet, relaxing, enjoyable, no bothering, just organised by Naveed in such a great way from the bottom line that I felt like a valuable guest and can’t wait to come again!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The series of issues I experienced is something I would not expect any guest to encounter, especially at a hotel that claims to provide professional service and hospitality. My biggest concern is that the hotel’s valet driver damaged the side of my vehicle while it was under the hotel’s care. What makes this even worse is that the driver did not report the incident or admit responsibility when returning the vehicle to me. I had recently invested a significant amount of money in repairing and upgrading my car, and I had waited a long time for the damaged part to arrive. It was only after I confronted the management and requested an investigation that they confirmed the damage had occurred while the vehicle was being handled by the valet driver. This is not simply a mistake; it is a serious issue of trust and integrity. The fact that the driver chose to remain silent and hand over the vehicle without informing me of the damage demonstrates a lack of honesty and accountability. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how guests’ property is treated and protected. In addition, several staff members who answered the phone were unprofessional, disrespectful, and displayed an attitude of arrogance. Their manner of speaking was so condescending that it genuinely made me question whether I was the customer or the employee. Instead of assisting guests with courtesy and professionalism, they spoke in a way that was dismissive and unpleasant. I strongly recommend that hotel management review its internal standards, improve staff training, and place greater emphasis on professionalism, respect, transparency, and accountability. My experience was deeply disappointing, and based on what I experienced, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service and genuine hospitality.
