I had high expectations for this hotel because it markets itself as a 5-star property. After confirming my booking, I even received a link to submit special requests and room preferences, but unfortunately none of those requests appeared to have been accommodated or acknowledged. Overall, I found that many of the services and facilities offered are comparable to those of a typical 3-star hotel, with some 3-star properties I’ve stayed at actually providing a better experience. There were several small but noticeable design and service issues. For example, the coffee machine in the room is placed underneath a shelf in a poorly lit area, making it awkward to use, especially when refilling the water tank. At breakfast, despite it being a buffet, there is no self-service coffee station, so guests have to wait for staff to take and deliver coffee orders. This often slows down the dining experience. I also encountered staff members who seemed unfamiliar with the hotel’s own facilities, as they were unable to answer basic questions about where certain amenities were located or whether they were available. The gym is quite small, and several pieces of basic equipment that I’d expect from a 5-star hotel are missing. That said, the stay itself was comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. However, cleanliness and comfort alone are not enough to justify a 5-star rating. Overall, while the hotel provides a pleasant stay, I don’t believe it delivers the level of service, facilities, or attention to detail expected of a true 5-star property.

At Vibe Restaurant, Samir, Anuj, Akash for accepting special vegetarian meal preferences. Really loved the kind hospitality which helped us get associated with the property. Also, special thanks to the housekeeping team - Tej, Maria, Aziz who cleaned my rooms very efficiently, and decorated our rooms beautifully for the baby. Sorry if would have missed anyone above.

We had an absolutely amazing stay celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday! The hotel team went above and beyond to make his day special by upgrading our room to a stunning sea view, decorating the bed with rose petals, and surprising us with a birthday cake. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the quiet, clean private beach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!
