Nice resort just couldn’t sleep due to the building work. TBH if I’d had known I probably wouldn’t have stayed. Apart from that the hotel was fine

Our stay was absolutely worth it! The place looks just as beautiful in person as it does in the pictures on their page. It was very clean, the surroundings were peaceful, and everything we needed was provided. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly. You'll truly feel welcome and comfortable throughout your stay. And of course, don't miss the food! I highly recommend including it in your itinerary because it's absolutely worth it and delicious.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff were always kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed them. We loved the variety of food at the buffet and really appreciated the hotel’s approach to reducing food waste.
We also particularly liked that the children’s pool has a roof, providing good protection from the sun and making it more comfortable for children to enjoy the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely we are planning to come stay at the hotel again.
Just an improvement to enhance the customer service and ensure a proper handover takes place via system or written between shifts.
After long drive, guests would want to have a peaceful stay and calm. I had missed out on my first night at the hotel, because the reception staff called me in the middle of the night asking me to come down to receive my husband due to his late check-in and the receptionist at first refused to have detailed information of my husband e.g. First Name and ID copy.
The call at night really disturb my sleep throughout my stay.
Later after midnight, my brother and his wife checked-in and the payment of their room was already made; yet the receptionist said that no payment was done in the system

Bad point the swimming pool
And around ,people put towels to reserve shades spots or water beds,no one controls that ,some people use several spots because you can ask as much towels as you want! It’s a shame people go to breakfast but before they put towels earlier in good spots …this is wrong ! There are 2 or 3 guys watching if you dive in the pool but no one is interested in this behavior of reserving spots
