Generally a good experience, except I asked for a lower ground room on booking and when I arrived I was initially told we were on a much higher level , but reception staff changed to slightly lower floor. But when we got to our room the sheet on the sofa bed was dirty and there was no bedding either , so we went back down , to report and was sorted out after a short wait . The facilities are generally good in the room , and breakfast is great . My only complaint was the swimming pool is too small for the amount of people using it . I booked for an 8pm swim thinking it would be quieter but it was full with 11/12 people and very young children. I would say the maximum would be 8 people. Also some of the children were jumping in , and swimming across the pool in all directions not really being monitored by a parent , it was a little bit unsafe . I did mention this to the staff and suggested that the maximum should be nearer 8 not 12 as the pool is small . I would also suggest that the times are staggered- such as after 7pm at night it’s adults only . Or that the pool is roped off having different area for kids than adults. Overall a good experience and would stay there again
