After a long days work and a 4 hour drive i was told they could not find my booking i showed them it on booking .com from my email but still waiting for over 40 minutes had to then sit there and wait while others where severed in the end I was so tired I just had to pay for another room and sort it out the next day so I was pleased to get out of there went and stayed at the titanic luxury no more novotel for me

Really nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Only a couple of small complaints, we were not told there was a building site outside our window, where the builders starting working/banging at 7.45am. When I stay at a hotel I like a relaxing morning...a cheeky lie in as usually up every day for work at 5.30am Also I think there should be a "dress code" for breakfast there were 3 children/ teenagers dressed in their pyjamas. They came down for breakfast at 9.30-9.45am which I believe gave them ample time to be appropriately dressed!! I understand that their mum's responsibility but if there was a dress code then they would have to get dressed! Other than those two small things we had a lovely stay in the hotel & we used the pool aswell.....also very relaxing area.

Excellent central location. The hotel is clean and tidy, and staff are pleasant. However, there were a few glitches - room was not serviced during a two night stay, sauna was out of order, and while there was a good selection of food at breakfast, the cooked food was not particularly warm. But overall the hotel is good value for money for a city centre location.

As a deaf person I was not able to use the TV or streaming channels to watch them using captions/subtitles for the two nights I stayed. This was quite unusual as I could do this at other hotels. Staff tried their best to activate it but couldn’t. Was told I would be compensated for this but haven’t heard further.
