Bad. You never responded to my emails about getting my money refunded for the two.nights I never stayed. Unacceptable.

We did advise that, as your booking was made through a third-party provider, any refund requests for the unused nights would need to be processed directly through them. Unfortunately, we have not received any correspondence or request from the third party regarding this matter. We recommend contacting the provider you booked with to follow up on your refund request, as they will be best placed to assist you further.
