Usually I stay at SkyCity. Decided to try and get use out of my Stay Plus days I hadn't used. We were happy with our stay. 1st the cons; struggled to find where to stop or go with our car (after driving past twice and doing laps around the block we finally found the valet entrance). And the rooms were less soundproofed than other places I've stayed at (could hear the roadside activity and whatever was happening in the hall at the time). And last con, carpets were very dirty under the beds (had our kids so a toy car went under one so we had to move it - not saying this is a common scenario but thick thick dirt built up under there). Good: Rooms nice, beds comfortable, just spacious enough for short stays, elevators quick, restaurant brekkie decent, great location, staff were more helpful than most other places and were able to cater to special requests we had.
