The check in process is always a drama when I get here, but this time was amazing. Arthurs checked me in was polite, professional and super customer focused. His just get it done attitude with common sense. He ran the suitcase up himself as bobby was busy. Bobby was great as I was running late and he just made things easy too. The room was lovely, but the front heating kept going off, but definitely a lovely hotel. Not sure if I like the new shower heads, but plenty of hot water. Well done team!

The welcome was non-existent. The girl at the front desk was ill-equipped for the job and informed me I was to pay on arrival. When I mentioned I had already paid, as is our standard practice, she laughed it off.

the room I had 1020 had terrible wifi & the lift was next door, so could hear that through to 9:00pm and then from very early in the morning. Didn't enjoy the stay in that room.

Loved our stay, rooms are super comfortable. The staff were incredible, when we were checking out, they loaded our car for us and gave our kids an ice cream while we waited - such a great experience! We will absolutely be back.
