My stay was fine, but I will call out 4 items. 1) When checking in - I am a Platinum Accor member, on a business trip, with my business credit card on file. Trying to charge me for my 2 night stay at check in makes me feel like you do not trust me to pay. Besides it being against our company travel policy, it also creates admin headaches when extra charges are incurred throughout the stay. 2) The wifi could do with an upgrade. It kept stalling when connected making video calls for work impossible. 3) The shower head could be well improved. 4) The gym... it just ticks a box! There was no being able to use it. Too small.

Internet was unusable and despite my enquiries over my 10 day stay, nothing appeared to be done about it. Service staff seemed disengaged. Couple of examples. Laundry was not returned to my room after I had to request a laundry bag as it had not been provided. When enquiring on my way out of the hotel the next morning, I was advised that I must have had the Do not Disturb light on despite the fact the room had been serviced. Then I was simply handed my laundry. To which I responded "I guess I'll take it up to my room then". I was on my way out to an appointment. It was common for me to wait 10 minutes or more for someone to check me in to breakfast despite staff wandering around.
