From check-in to check out, the team were so kind and accommodating. We changed our plans on arrival and the manager was very happy to help us with our booking. A free ice-cream in the lobby certainly helped the kids feel excited for the time we were there! The staff in the restaurant were also wonderful and were very happy to help support my allergy needs which made our time at dinner very great! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay celebrating our sons birthday. Chocolate hour was an absolute hit. The bar and restaurant were great, all staff are friendly. Our room had a stunning view, bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back.

Room was good. Hotel wifi / internet was hopeless as it rarely worked and then would drop out. Korean restaurant was okay although I had diarrhoea after eating there the first night.

The location is great and the hotel was good but it was a bit noisy during our stay, particularly late evening. Not great for our last night before very long haul flights the next day.
