Compared to other Movenpick hotels we’ve stayed at this one did not live up to expectations. Also no bottle water at all in the room so had to have a coke out mini bar which cost $8! Other movenpicks provided bottled water in room. No welcome plate, no member upgrade. Hotel not double glazed so it’s very noisy with street noise even 12 floors up. Location is great but that’s about it.

Uncomfortable as AC didn't work in the hotel room, also in reception lobby, and the restaurant. Was there for 2 nights and this did not make my stay nice. All I wanted to do is go outside this hotel to get fresh air.

On checkout I was faced with a minibar charge which I disputed. Your team confirmed this was from the guest prior just for me to receive a bill and charge 3 hrs after I left with the charge. This was very unpleasant to explain to my CFO when he saw the charge. The floor in the room had long hair on the carpet which certainly wasn’t mine which I also passed on Have not heard since

Very disappointed with a slow check in, as housekeeping was not ready until after 4 pm. Breakfast was great, room was clean, bathroom was very small, with nowhere to hang hand towels.Staff was friendly and helpful

I am a regular at this hotel and a paid member of All Accor. This was a different experience to my usual stays. What's changed, no complimentary drink (now removed), no water in the room, room service and reception did not answer the phone, I had to go down to the front desk to get room service. No movie channels, discovery, sport ect, only free to air television. The hotel foyer was over 25 degrees, no air-conditioning in the public areas. Looks like the accountatnts have had their say and are trying to cut costs. This approach does not work when people are paying for business and leisure services. All in all a very dissapointing stay and I will be considering if it's worth renewing my membership next year.
