Very nice cleaning staff. I liked the little note left by the cleaner asking if I had any other needs. Also several times the cleaning staff held the lift for me. Very polite and courteous.

Great location Easy access to parking and check in process was very easy apart from the fact they would not take my partner and my Accor membership as I was not on the card. This has not been an issue in other hotels. Valet parking was reasonable price for Auckland Room did NOT have any complimentary water which is unusual for a hotel at this price point.
