It was our last leg of NZ TOUR and was concerned after reading negative reviews due to works being carried out. The view from our room on 24th floor more than compensated for any inconvenience caused. However it may have won the award for best view out of all 9 apartments we stayed in but was the second worst regarding how modern and fresh the apartment was. In dire need of refurbishment.

The two bedroom apartment suited my self and granddaughter.It had two bathrooms a dining area full kitchen and lounge area. Location was excellent as it was only two city blocks from the waterfront.

I am pleased to have this opportunity to provide private feedback. This is a great property and location...however...the room was very tired, actually beyond tired. In fact, it is definitely detrimental to the Sebel name. I passed this feedback to staff on departure and was told there was nothing that could be done about it as it is the hands of each owner. This was my second stay this year. The first was a corporate stay through my company. We look for this style of hotel for our staff. The previous apartment was a 2 room...again it was tired. Two bad experiences mean you have missed out on out corporate account. A pity.
