The Sebel Quay West Auckland is just minutes from the city's iconic Viaduct Harbour and Downtown shopping precinct - making it the ideal apartment stay for visitors looking to experience the best in retail therapy, waterfront views and fine dining. Take a stroll down Queen Street, explore the Britomart Precinct, or head to shopping hotspots in nearby Parnell, Newmarket and Ponsonby. Afterwards, head back to the Viaduct to relax by the harbour and indulge in local cuisine.

The property will be undertaking an exterior painting upgrade from December 2025 to July 2026. These works will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Two out of three lifts were out of order, and for a 32 story facility, the wait time was felt. The sauna was out of order and not in receipt of any urgent attention or repair. The spa was cold and in a very unclean state. The room was spacious and clean, yet in a poor state of repair. Overall, maintenance and facilities are not a high priority for this hotel. The location is fantastic, however I would favour other properties over this in the future.
