The rooms are old school big with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a washer / dryer laundry room, two big balcony and a kitchenette and lounge room and dining area - for a 2 bedroom apartment. We had the best stay. Lovely hot spa, great pool, kind staff, and a very warm welcome that make you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend anyone to stay here!

We arrived on Christmas Day and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to attend to us. Apartment was nice but one or two things could be improved. There was only one dinner fork and a small fork. A teapot would have been useful. It took us a while to work out how to turn the fridge freezer and microwave on. The bedding was too hot for us, but found a fleece blanket to use instead of the quilt. I had trouble with the shower going hot and cold but my husband didn't. Very handy location. Common areas of the hotel attractive. The pool wasn't available. We booked the hotel because it had a pool and only found out a few days before our stay when reading the small print. The tepid pools weren't open for most of our stay as it was Christmas. Up Cafe was closed the whole time.
