The Sebel Quay West Auckland is just minutes from the city's iconic Viaduct Harbour and Downtown shopping precinct - making it the ideal apartment stay for visitors looking to experience the best in retail therapy, waterfront views and fine dining. Take a stroll down Queen Street, explore the Britomart Precinct, or head to shopping hotspots in nearby Parnell, Newmarket and Ponsonby. Afterwards, head back to the Viaduct to relax by the harbour and indulge in local cuisine.

The property will be undertaking an exterior painting upgrade from December 2025 to July 2026. These works will take place during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Really appreciated the comp room upgrade and the delivery of the welcome drink to the room. The parking was also easy to access and instructions were clear. Whilst the building is aged a bit, it appears well maintained.
