This apartment was great. Close to lots of great sights, you can stay in and cook if you wish. Comfy beds, great water pressure it was a 10/10

Check in and check out very easy. Reception staff were very efficient and freindly. The rooms are a little dated but this was reflected in the great price for a 1 bedroom in such a convenient location. We have stayed at a couple of hotels in a similar area but as they had fewer floors the noise at night in those other hotels at night was quite disruptive.....so staying at the Sebel Quay West was a more peaceful option. Having a pool and spa to use when you have a child was one of the best features....we had 3 swims during our stay! One thing that was not great was the rollaway bed......was far too hard....almost like lying on the floor......so sleep quality was pretty poor.

As usual check in was quick, easy and very helpful, later one of the staff knew me by name and it made me 'feel at home'. I work in the service industry and was very impressed.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Sebel. Will always come back while visiting Auckland CBD. Amazing location and the 1 bedroom apartment is huge for the Auckland CBD standards. Front desk is extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
