Friendly helpful staff, especially all of the reception staff that we had contact with. Loved the room, particularly the kitchen area. Relatively quiet in terms of street noise Minor issue with the washing machine. The maintenance guy was very nice , not sure if the issue we encountered was completely resolved though. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms or should I say 2 apartments as I didn't realise when booking the accomodation. I was expecting a typical hotel style room but WOW when I opened the door. it was a fully contained apartment that I would be happy living full-time. Not only did it have a kitchen but a washer dryer and a magnificent balcony with chairs and small table, 2 TV's, table/chairs very comfy couch; (so comfy I fell asleep very easy). We were in Auckland for the first time for business and we will always book the Sebel Quay West as we have many visits to Auckland coming up in the near future. 100/10
