1. Temperature control is an issue in the gym and rooms and made a few remarks on this 2. Swimming pool stinks of chlorine way more than any I’ve ever smelt to the point I couldn’t use the spa. It really stank and you should look into that! Most hotels are more user friendly with their chemicals and clearly you are not 3. Roof top should be open 7 days a week as part or the hotel, you advertise the view so we should be able to access that regularly 4. When room made up, dusting is essential which did not happen 5. Reception not the kind of bar that is welcoming so drinks should be served elsewhere 6. Brie and blue cheese are not breakfast cheeses and your breads were not fresh I’m afraid so lots to consider here. These are just a few points, I won’t be staying there again

We understand your frustration regarding access to the rooftop area. Guest expectations around advertised facilities are important, and your feedback will be taken into account as we review operating hours and access policies. Regarding housekeeping and cleanliness, particularly the lack of dusting, this falls short of our standards and will be addressed directly with our team to ensure greater attention to detail. We also appreciate your candid feedback about the reception bar atmosphere and breakfast offering; both points are valuable as we continuously look to improve the guest experience. It’s disappointing to hear that you would not consider staying with us again. However, we do thank you for your constructive comments, as they help us identify where improvements are needed most.
