Most concerningly, I am disappointed that your experience in Club Signature did not meet expectations. The quality and presentation of our refreshments are areas we take great pride in, and I am sorry to hear that the hot canapés were served cold and that the afternoon tea selection did not meet the standard you rightfully expected.
