Check in was rather messy, the team member forgot to take passport details so had to call me to ask to bring these down. Restaurant menu was very limited. However very comfortable bed and great shower

I had a great experience staying at So/ would gladly stay again, only issue was I booked via super.com as trivago had listed as most affordable offering. I did not like the 'membership' I signed up for and later cancelled. Great hotel experience though :)

Hotel was very chic and modern with the funky decor. On arrival we were greeted by an very attentive and helpful concierge along with the team at the Front Desk. It was great to see that the customer service has improved so much since our last stay at the hotel.

As a Luxury Visa Hotel Collection member, I expected the service to be atleast similar to Continental. • I wasn't offered any room upgrade or a chance to • Welcome card was under Mr Allen in the room. This feedback should remain private, but just a reminder I would say. The vibe I got was “ hey sweet heres your key oh you get $40 free drink or food” it begs to wander what does VIP status mean or feel like? Because I didnt get to feel it at this hotel.
