Hotel was unable to accept Amex, despite the booking being confirmed by AMEX card. Be warned of excessive card fees as well.

The only issue was that the girl at the desk recommended a parking building that doesn't offer overnight rates. I had to go to the Britomart car park instead, which was excellent.

Great place to stay! The room was compact, clean, and very functional—perfect for a city visit. The toilet was a good size, and I absolutely loved the shower. The bed was comfy too, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only downside was the parking situation, but overall it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely return
