New, very clean, great staff. Only 5 minutes walk to train station to airport, buses, ferries, Viaduct Harbour. rooms have everything, quite small, could be claustrophobic, but all this is transparently communicated on website. Checkin was organised chaos because they were so busy. Nice open bar and 24 hour cafe, breakfast is limited range, but fresh. Staff at reception and cafe are excellent, helpful, happy. Overall, a great experience from a great new budget hotel.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely incredible in their service. I am in a wheelchair and they went out of there way to ensure that i had everything i needed, assisting with my bags and making it possible for me to get across the road at the end of my stay to my next destination.
