This Accor Tribe hotel in AKL is the best I've stayed at, anywhere in the world. The staff are excellent, a great team all around. It's a medium-sized hotel, and even though it doesn't have a gym, pool or lounge, the awesome vibe from the team, from the front desk to the cleaners, restaurant, and management, totally makes up for it.

Two nights by myself made pleasant & easy by the Tribe crew. A fun room with everything required for a comfortable stay. Would have liked to have spent more time lounging in the room & trying the cafe/eatery on the ground floor. Will happily stay again.

Stayed for two nights and had the breakfast package. From the initial greeting through to final farewell, the customer service was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and I loved the quirky decor, with attention to detail that made this a unique place to stay. Everything had been thought of. My only negative, and nothing to do with the hotel, is that parking in the CBD is extremely expensive. The closest carpark was $108 for parking from 9.30pm (arrival) to 8.30am, general parking around CBD is 6.50 per half hour.
