Check in quick, room with a view of the viaduct, plus the room & bathroom are big, washing machine & dryer to use if needed. Big fridge, comfy bed. So close to restaurants & bars. Definitely will stay there again!

I can’t believe you charge the prices you do. It was disgusting. Stains on the carpet. Dirty blankets/ stained. I asked for another room. They said they were full. It is dirty and dated and appalling, I was told I would have a car park.. they never reserved one.

Good location for easy access to the central city. Room was clean and large. Bathroom could do with a little updating, and perhaps provide amenities such as ear plugs as the street outside is quite loud on a Friday and Saturday night.

While the location is great, the hotel is very noisy. It was not the hotel's fault because the noise came from nearby premises. Definitely not an ideal place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and pleasant place to stay. My conference started at 7am most days, so I didn't have a restful stay as loud music played past midnight.
