First up, day manager was great. That's where it ends. Started with an unanswered phone call after booking re the parking, I left a message. No answer after about a week so sent an e-mail. Still no answer after almost another week, so sent another e-mail. Finally got an answer. No bathroom robes so had to request in case I was charged for it. Bed was like a sack of potatoes. It is well past its use by date. Least they could do is get a mattress topper. TV reception was terrible. And to add insult to injury, we were billed for the minibar that we didn't touch. Have requested the charge be reversed, will see how long that takes. Location is great, that's about where its appeal ends unfortunately.
