Dated rooms, dark and dingey. Extremely noisy with street traffic and people walking past.

it was all a bit average. check in not excellent, rooms not really clean, all a bit run down and average. it was hard to get room service, not as seamless of an experience as it should have been, all ok tho.

We loved the location and so many restaurants to choose from. Stayed in deluxe apartment. Fixtures and fittings a bit tired but the bed was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, staff very helpful when we asked to change room and would stay here again.

I love the location and the fact you can open the window or balcony door. Most hotels do not have this option and I prefer the fresh air to airco all night. Room is big, has everything you need. Bathroom could do with an update.

Good location during the day but too noisy at night

Hotel very tired. Things worn out. Broken toilet, leaky coffee machine, dishwasher on the floor, old bath robes, no complimentary toiletries (I needed a shower cap) TV no good. Tiles broken and chipped, lots of little things
