Very pleasant. Third time we’ve stayed here. Noticed that it’s getting a little tired, especially carpets and paint chips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the proximity to the Viaduct restaurants etc.

The location is excellent especially if you’re boarding a ship and want to be close to the heart of Auckland. The service, we couldn’t have asked for better. We were given a free upgrade and a late checkout of 1:30pm. The rooms are small and a little dated. When you closed the balcony doors, all noise was virtually blocked out. Overall, I would definitely recommend!!
