Good stay, housekeeping could have been better, Why is a Nespresso machine in the room, together with an empty box of "complimentary Nespresso" without the pods? I left a pleasant note pointing out that the box was empty and asked for some pods, which weren't replaced. Same for the other 2 rooms I booked for other team members, Just weird and I missed my coffees. No big deal, just odd

I thought the rooms were really tired and need a fresh coat of paint

Very pleasant. Third time we’ve stayed here. Noticed that it’s getting a little tired, especially carpets and paint chips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Liked the proximity to the Viaduct restaurants etc.
