I thought the ALL property page said it has a gym and swim pool on site but later found out that swim pool is public pool at tepid baths one day before and gym is not site too. It was confusing getting a car park because the signage and instructions were not clear. We were supposed to have a reserved park when a staff called me the day before but staff on that day of check in didn’t know about it. Quite stressful parking.
