The hotel was well located for the purpose of my stay. One issue I had for the stay was that it poured rain for 2 days while I was there and the hotel had no umbrellas I could borrow (they said they had run out) and therefore I got soaking wet walking to and from the office. I travel a lot for work and this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where I couldn't borrow an umbrella. I also found the room service menu very pricey and you couldn't order drinks. There was nothing simple like a burger or fish and chips for a reasonable price.

I love the location but the hotel is tired almost everyone checking out reports some problem from leaking showers to hot water to non working appliances.

I always enjoy the stay in the hotel, well located and easy for everything. Initial comms were misunderstood when I simply stated that as an accor plus member, if a room upgrade was provided to the 2 x rooms I booked, it would be great if I received it. In the end there was none! Also, the bookings were for 2x rooms for 2x people yet the welcome drink was provided for 1 person. It just seemed like it was very transactional, whereas when I do stay at other accor hotels the welcome and experience is more aimed at loyalty members

My room was right opposite a very loud bar, I did request a quiet room, but I realise the location is in the hub of the city's nightlife so it was expected.
