Staff were great, great location, the Hotel rooms need upgrading, and the windows and glass doors need to be tripple glazed, the noise from the bars below is very loud

I had to move rooms due to the parties on my floor. The staff were lovely and allowed me to move to level six, but the room was still above the party that had an open window and partied til 2am. My colleague had to move rooms TWICE due to cockroaches - one that he found in HIS BED!!! The hotel is also old and tired. Not 4 star...not even 2 star. (But the reception staff were lovely on Saturday night)

Check in quick, room with a view of the viaduct, plus the room & bathroom are big, washing machine & dryer to use if needed. Big fridge, comfy bed. So close to restaurants & bars. Definitely will stay there again!
