Unfortunately the room didn't live up to my expectations. We booked a deluxe marina view room but must have been given the least deluxe room available. On a low floor in the corner we could not see the view from the bed like the picture on the website. The unit is large and the hotel well located. The decor is overdue for a reno with cracked tiles in the kitchen, stained carpet and paint scraped off in the bedroom and bathroom. We don't expect five star and have stayed in several Accor hotels but this looked like easy maintenance wasn't being kept up to date.

My list of negatives from my stay outweigh my positives by a tonne. Positives: The room was very spacious & the staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: The room was extremely dirty; - White crusty stains on couch & chairs, - Red/brown splattered stains on the curtains, - Red/brown stains on the mattress, - Black hole in the shower, - Mould in shower. Aside from that, it was also difficult to enjoy my stay due to the bars below the hotel. They play extremely loud music until well after 1am (I did know while booking that the bars were there, so that's on me. But be warned, you might not get much sleep)! I'm overall extremely disappointed in my stay (you'd think it would be well looked after due to the cost). I will not be conning back, there are many more better options for similar cost.

Unfortunately this time the room was less than expected. We did request an upper-level room, which we have had in the past, though we understand not always available. We booked a Marina Deluxe room with a view of the Marina, and we received a room on the ground floor with a view of rocks and the odd mast. Not impressed for the price that we paid.

Staff were great, great location, the Hotel rooms need upgrading, and the windows and glass doors need to be tripple glazed, the noise from the bars below is very loud
