The location of the Sebel Viaduct is great you can walk to all the host spots. The reception staff were professional and courteous. The Room was pleasant enough and well appointed with everything that you need. The decorating of the bathroom is a bit tired and could do with some tidying up. Painting peeling, Silicone looked messy. just needs a bit of a sharpen up,

Right in the viaduct it’s very centrally located. No restaurant on site but you can charge back to your room with some eateries linked in the same building. Bed and room comfortable.

The apartment is located in the perfect area near the nightlife. Arrival was difficult, we had a hire car and were given a carpark allocation the would fit a mini Moke. Unfortunately we were in a Kia. It took sometime to sort this. The deposit for the room had still not been reimbursed after 10 days.
