I’m truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced, both prior to your arrival and during your time with us. Your experience falls far short of the standard we strive to deliver, and I deeply regret the frustrations this caused. It’s disappointing to learn of the issues with your booking, overcharging, and the effort you had to go through to resolve these matters. While I’m glad they were eventually sorted, it’s clear that the process was unnecessarily stressful, and this is not the seamless experience we aim for. Your concerns have been noted, and I will ensure they are passed along to the relevant teams for review and improvement. I also sincerely apologize for the issues with your room’s air conditioning and size. A comfortable night’s sleep is fundamental, and I regret that the temperature and space did not meet your needs. I understand how frustrating it must have been to reset the controls repeatedly and not receive proper communication about the system.
