Good location, very nice rooms. Helpful staff. Overall great hotel, would stay again next time we come to auckland. Wonderful checkin process after a LONG flight. Hotel has stairs and elevators. Nice chandelier. Didn't try the breakfast. P.s. Good pens!

Chose this hotel for location and rating. But was really disappointed. Expensive, cramped and staff weren’t that helpful (except concierge). Due to busy schedule missed dinner but tried to order off in room service. Was told they “out of stock” on everything and to order Uber eats.! Toilet broken and dirty, shower just Luke warm. Whole stay left me cold. There are better places to stay in Auckland it seems.

Check in was chaos, no discount for valet as advertised in my confirmation email

Checked in at 2pm, check in time. Only had 1 receptionist. Was told to take a seat instead of waiting in a line, more guests arrived and formed a line, they werent told to take a seat. I then had to get up and go infront of these guests, so they knew I was next in line. Was looked at like I pushed in line. Asked for valet parking, paid for it on departure with the pre auth on my card. I booked direct and had the at your service on my room, didnt receive my 10% off of my valet parking. Absolutely disappointed.
