The customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail are impeccable. I was greeted at the door by a very professional concierge, who was accomodating and brought my luggage directly to my room and helped us book a last minute reservation on the viaduct. Didn’t service our room. Even after I asked them at 4pm after it not being done all day they still didn’t change the sheets! Just pulled up the bed. Breakfast was awful. Took an age to check in as the woman didn’t seem to speak English. Really bad experience! Waste of a lot money

Rooms lovely. Breakfast was chaos with only a few customers. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and were very slow on service despite there only being a few customers. Disappointing.

Very nice rooms. Except we had people from the room next door knocking on our door more than 5 times from 10pm till midnight. We rang the front desk and nothing was done. Was extremely disappointing.
