I got acknowledged for my Loyalty with Accor by Salma at reception. She was warm and very cordial. The entire stay was good, only downside was the housekeeping staff was too loud in the corridors around 9 am in the morning.

I was almost got disappointed when my online booking was cancelled by the booking app but it was well sorted out. The few days spent at Ibis with my wife was refreshing. The breakfast and other food we ordered was satisfying. As for the staff, one thing my wife noticed was the soothing smiling all the time.

Nice lobby and friendly staff, but the room was a major disappointment. It smelled unpleasant, was outdated, had cigarette stains, and I even felt there were bugs in the bed. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the water would not drain properly. Overall, staying at IBIS Deira Creek was a bad decision, and I would not stay there again.
