Basically a pleasant stay with the strategic location which is just a minute or two of walking distance to Pavilion with a good deal price. The amenities are quite complete as well. The only drawback was the beds were quite small to fit a family of three. Otherwise, overall satisfying.

I spent 6 nights at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Novotel KLCC is ideally situated, making it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area and malls. The staff were warm, courteous and attentive, always willing to assist. The room was comfortable, clean and afforded a pleasant view. The bathroom was well maintained and adequate for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was equally enjoyable, with good-quality food and a varied selection, suitable for a wide range of tastes. When I reached the hotel upon check in, the front desk required a security deposit, which I refused to do as it is not the first time to stay at Accor hotels and non of them requested such deposits. I did not like the front office discussion regarding this point.

Novotel is an excellent hotel that I have ever been to, and it could be on my top 3 list. The hotel overall is so nice, including the room cleaning, the vibe, the environment, and the receptionists. The hotel is near to Pavilion department store, KLCC, and downtown Bukit Bintang. You can grab a lot of food at Jalan Alor, which is only a 10-minute walk away from Novotel. A quick reminder for everyone, the traffic there is not that well-organized, it is not that easy to find a crosswalk, so you have to pay attention when crossing the road. Moreover, here is a small tip for those planning to stay in Novotel. If you would like take the KL monorail, please get off at Bukit Bintang, it would be convenient for those who carry heavy luggage. I would like to give a special thanks to the receptionist, Sharwin. He is so kind and is willing to help the visitor. He showed his patience to us. We even ask him many questions, and he is patient to answer us. We ask him about his pocket list of grocery stores to buy souvenir. He gave us three of them at the beginning; however, we couldn’t find them in Malaysia. We then asked him for another recommended grocery stores, and he indeed gave us another three. I am so thankful that I could meet an enthusiastic receptionist during my trip in Malaysia. Finally, I would like to make a small wish that the body wash set could be brought for sale again in the future.
