Well this isn’t my first time with Novotel KLCC but everytime I’m amazed with the service and also the quality of what Novotel KLCC has done. From housekeeping to even the breakfast being serve is amazing, not to even mention the desk manager victor to address the faulty door lock and suggest that when I’m ready to contact them to have the maintenance team to have them fixed as the time that I check in was already late night. And Wendy for the breakfast even offered the local version of what we have back home but the one that came was closer to what I had back home and my parents were amazed by the service that Novotel has provided for throughout the stay… this is my 4th stay and is only be my one and only choice if I visit kl again

Staff are not customer centric. Asked for connecting rooms,didnt get. booked 2 rooms 508 and 507. The air-conditioning was not working and stuffy. Called the technician twice. Waited one hour at least before calling 2nd time. The sleeping side no airpon at all. Nothing was done at all..Just shared that the air-conditioning only blow one side. I know, but after 1 hour also no cool air in the room at all. No service recovery at all. Saw my kids sleeping on floor yet dont want to change room. Requested to change room also they mentioned all rooms like that. End up sleeping on the floor. I paid about $210 per room. Feel really short changed.
