We had an amazing time in Libourne. The staff on duty were excellent, speaking very good English which was helpful as they were all able to completely understand me and also encourage my use of French.

I left a Monster can in the reception because there is no fridge in the rooms, next day I cam to the reception to find out at first that the can is missing and after asking the receptionist to check the fridge it was there but opened and someone drink more than half of it.

Dear Mister A., We apologize for this incident once again. Nevertheless, you should have mentioned you were given a ticket worth 5 euros for a free drink at the bar to make up for this misunderstanding. Furthermore, the hotel allowed you to sip your own whiskies until late at night (though the bar was closed) with your colleagues for several nights in a row without being charged although we were entitled to ask for extra money.
