The room was small but overlooked the rivers and also had a balcony. More than adequate for an over night or two but would be cramped for a longer stay. We didn’t have breakfast and there was no evening restaurant in the hotel as far as I could tell. We had an advantage room booked but apart from coffee there were no drinks in the fridge. The fridge drinks are why I booked the advantage level. Instead we had to get water from the machine in the corridor.

The hotel was very comfortable and service was good. Room was clean and very comfortable. It would have been a bonus if there had been a small fridge in room and small capsules of UHT milk with the hospitality tray. Reception staff were excellent.

A great stay in an ideal location. Surprised to be charged for car park when other All Accor group hotels i.e. Rouen do not charge for PMR parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Instant coffee in rooms awful but we had brought our own cafietiere so not a real issue. No restaurant but not a problem as several very good restaurants only a short distance away.
