I planned to check-in early in order to rest and prepare for a wedding. Thus, I ticked the box for "early check-in from 12:00" for 5€ extra. However, upon my arrival the person at the desk specified me that it was not possible because the hotel was full the noght before. So I had to wait until 14:00 which was too late already. The person was ok to let me use the facilities such as the shower and the toilets but the service I expected was not there, so I had to struggle somewhere else to change clothes and prepare. I was even ready to wait 20-30min more just to access the room and booked online early to let the staff prepare accordingly. Apart from this inconvenience, overall experience was ok, especially the other people I encountered at the reception desk.

I checked in late, there were no towels in the room. Fortunately the maintenance person was still there. But when I went to bed I noticed that there was no bottom sheet on the mattress. It was too late to contact the maintenance person. It was unpleasant and disgusting to sleep on a bare mattress. Simply unexcusable. Before that, I put €1.50 in the coffee machine to get a drink. It did not work and there was no way to get a refund. You owe me €1.50.

Staff was very kind and helpful, very surprised to see my room had no bathroom - and got that changed. Walls paper thin, quite noisy but I put on earplugs. Bedsheets did have a few holes & bathroom floor was not clean.
