Nous sommes ravis de voir que votre accueil, votre hébergement, la propreté ainsi que le rapport qualité-prix ont été à la hauteur de vos attentes — et votre recommandation à 9/10 nous touche beaucoup. Nous sommes en revanche vraiment désolés pour la télécommande défaillante. Ce type de désagrément n’est pas représentatif de l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir, et votre signalement nous a permis d’intervenir immédiatement pour remplacer l’équipement concerné. As always our stay was fantastic. Yes it’s not luxurious, however it serves the purpose brilliantly, it’s a place for rest while travelling.The staff are always friendly, the rooms are basic, but are clean and have a comfortable bed.
