Room too small. Very noisy

The room is too small if you have a dog. The shower cubicle entrance is too small. Our room had an adjoining door. Even though the hotel was less than 50% occupied. A guest was admitted to the adjoining room at 2.00am. He then kept us awake till 3.30. Talking on his telephone and watching TV. We were in room 218 , don't allow him to stay again.

Please fix the hole in the roof!

For the sake of your poor staff, please fix the hole in the roof at this location. During our stay, a large storm hit in the late evening. There was only one member of staff on duty and water was pouring in through the roof behind reception. It wasn't a trickle, it was a cascade! The poor girl was up to her ankles in water but still processing arriving guests.
