Requested cot at booking and when we checked in I asked reception. Was told if there was no cot I should call down to request one. There was no cot so the initial request seems entirely pointless. Fridge in room was not working although maintenance were very quick in replacing it. We pay for a suite regularly and they are so tired it’s really quite poor. The rest of the hotel is really nice and modern.

We had a really nice stay and had parking included. The staff are always friendly and polite. It is very hassle free if you need to park your car as on site underground parking. Have stayed a few times now and have no complaints.

Rooms and location are great. A mistake at check in meant I spent quite a while sorting it out - but the mistake was fully acknowledged at check out and I’m happy with that. My wife’s meal was not satisfactory - usually it’s been better - and we did mention this (stringy bits of unidentified chicken). My meal was fine.

As always, all staff were brilliant. £155.37 for a single course (very nice) for 2, a bottle of wine and 2 small glasses of wine was poor value. Prices seem to have risen 20% to 25% since we were at the hotel a year ago.

As above. My 2 complaints are that we couldn’t use the bar when we first arrived due to a conference. The people who refused access were quite rude. Also, we were seated adjacent to the doors in the restaurant & it was really cold. So much so that the couple from the table next to us went for their coats & ate in their coats. It didn’t make for a pleasant dining experience & food quickly got cold too.

Hotel, staff and food excellent Angela at breakfast was wonderful. Only poor experience was the EV charging, most didn’t work and when finally found one, it shut down after two hours leaving me short of miles to go home. Plus charged me an overstay fee!!

We chose the Sofitel London Heathrow for its proximity to Terminal 5. It was easy to reach the hotel from that terminal, and we found the check-in process to be quick and efficient. Our room was very comfortable, although we wish there had been more electrical outlets (including USB) at the bedsides. Most of these were located across the room at the desk. Aside from this, we really enjoyed the room, and the bathroom shower was impressive.
