We had a lovely stay. Only criticism would be the quality of the third bed in the room for 3 people. For children it would be fine but not for an adult. It was not advertised as a pull out armchair on booking.com or on their website from what I could see so it was a surprise not to be the same quality as the double bed. Also, we had requested rooms for our group to be on the same floor, so was disappointed it wasn't possible (2nd and 7th floors). We were extremely tired from travelling so were not going to argue with reception on this. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would not discouraged people to stay here, especially with such a good breakfast offering! Thank you Ibis hotel Marseille.

Charme of a dark Container box

The room is extremely small and dark, depressing atmosphere. Even though the hotel claims to be newly renovated, the bath is smelly and has black/brown stains in the shower and toilet. The beds are bad as well. Overall, a big disappointment.
