The room was given to us was late, we waited but understandable. Just that the smell inside the room is unpleasant when we enter, especially the bathroom smells urine, even we wiped it. I requested for an extra pillow but I was not given. The Location is good, very near in all means of transportation.

It is very well located, in the city center. Cleaning is perfect, the receptionnist especially Fatima is a great person and value for the hotel ! However the chef bar lady is not profesional on the communication side. The 2 problems that I faced are the fridge in the room and the wardrobe in the room which do not exist at all ! And that would let me search for a better option experience next time.

Excellent choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. Room a good size, comfortable and quiet. Only problem was that mattress toppers slipped while sleeping because they were not attached to the mattress/bed.

I stayed at ibis while attending a business fair and had a very disappointing experience. On my first night, I discovered bed bugs in the room. Although I reported it immediately, I was only moved to another room the following day, meaning I had to spend the night in unacceptable conditions. Given the impact on my rest during a work trip, I was surprised that no compensation or gesture was offered. I expected a much more responsive and customer-focused approach.
