Excellent choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. Room a good size, comfortable and quiet. Only problem was that mattress toppers slipped while sleeping because they were not attached to the mattress/bed.

I stayed at ibis while attending a business fair and had a very disappointing experience. On my first night, I discovered bed bugs in the room. Although I reported it immediately, I was only moved to another room the following day, meaning I had to spend the night in unacceptable conditions. Given the impact on my rest during a work trip, I was surprised that no compensation or gesture was offered. I expected a much more responsive and customer-focused approach.
