We booked 2 rooms with balcony, which were not cheap. Check in time is 14:00, yet we wait until 15:30 to get our first room, and wait another 1 hour to get our second room, however with heavy cigarettes smell. Finally they gave us another room which is very hot. But we accepted as our schedule already delayed and we were all tired. We are unsatisfied with this experience, wasting our much time for waiting and the air conditioner somehow is very weak and it is very hot in the room.

Regarding the late check-in, we did experience operational issues during this period which unfortunately led to delays in room allocation. We fully understand the inconvenience this caused, especially when you were waiting with your family. We are also truly sorry for the inconvenience regarding the condition of the first room and the cigarette smell. This does not meet our cleanliness and comfort standards, and we regret that a room change was necessary. Concerning the temperature in the final room and the air conditioning performance, we understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially during your stay. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our teams in order to reinforce our quality controls, both in housekeeping and technical maintenance. A very good hotel , we had a suites with a wondrefull balcony(very big room) . Breakfast very good, with good quality products. 3-4 types of cheese . good coffee. It would be apreciate if it were available a cremant or cava on the breakfast, also some fresh vegetable (only cucumber available). Excelent fresh bread, pastry. From the location by foot is about 20 minutes untill reach the old port, by the tram about 10 min. overall highly recommendable hotel.
