I had a difficult experience in Marseille when my car window was smashed and a bag was stolen. However, the exceptional care I received from this hotel’s staff truly made a difference. A young woman at the front desk (on the morning of December 6th) guided me step-by-step through the process—from filing a police report to helping me temporarily seal the broken window with tape. Her kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a moment of genuine human warmth. In the rush of the moment, I didn’t get her name, which I deeply regret. A reminder to fellow travelers: please never leave any luggage visible in your car. Despite the incident, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel because when you need help, their staff truly goes above and beyond. Thank you especially to that wonderful, unnamed receptionist.

Very bad service, old room, breakfast was low level quality
