We regret that the breakfast selection and freshness did not meet your expectations — your remarks have been shared with our Food & Beverage team for review and improvement. Regarding the game board at reception, we understand your disappointment. The wheel is part of a promotional activity specifically reserved for non-Accor members, and it is not designed as a toy. We are sorry if this was not clearly explained to your son upon arrival. As for the elevator, it was indeed undergoing maintenance to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Another elevator, as well as stair access, remained available throughout your stay. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the power issue in your room; our technical team worked to isolate the problem for safety reasons.
