No A/C, the daily charge is not near close to the expectations. Nobody wanted to help with our issues there's flies and bugs in the room.

We had a great stay other than simply one day we encountered the cleaning staff in the morning who where very expressive and didn't say good morning all of which I suppose because when had small dog , the looks we where given where more than explicit and made us feel uncomfortable. We cannot give less than 8 because the front desk was very polite and professional an also the overall hotel was very well .

Reception staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Rooms very clean and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Fidge and microwave also very handy. No iron/ironing board. Hotel well located with Tram stop right in front of hotel. Only downfall is that the room furniture is A. bit aged. Old carpets and stained/torn curtains. All in all A. good stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Big shout out to Matthew at the reception desk too.

The hotel is very dated and old. There were no slippers provided even when requested as I was told t hey were not available. Also staff very unhelpful, no customer service. No benefits seen for members of Accor.
