Pros: Great location, very clean (room cleaned daily), kind staff. Cons: No heat (lows at night 7 C), luke-warm shower water.

Overall, a very good stay with sufficient, friendly staff, if small rooms. Cleaning of rooms, linen and requests for occasional extra towels were well met. Would have liked a face cloth and non-slip mat as standard. Soaps and shampoos were good. Ambience of lobby fit out and ease of connecting through its sister hotel (Indigo) were admirable. Particularly appreciate early check-in when a room became available.

Check in very efficient, room well finished and freshly decorated. A bit small but as it was for one night it was ideal. Main shower a bit awkward for my wife who didn’t want a drenching, moveable shower head used but main head still leaked a bit.

To be honest, I was expecting a better service. Our check-in process was not very pleasant (the receptionist was not nice nor friendly), it was a very cold check-in. Our room was very small and breakfast was served in a restaurant which does not belong to the hotel, where I needed to present vouchers to enjoy my complimentary breakfast. Overwall, the hotel is indeed very well located, but the service could be improved.

2 ladies front desk staffs are quite rude and not helpful , otherwise the rest is satisfactory.

The room and stay was not bad except that the 2 ladies staff on 25th sept 2022 morning , they are quite rude and not helpful , I tried to ask about the timing for heathrow airport express and request her to check , but both of them just ignore and facial expression was not friendly at all.But when I walk past Ibis which is at the other end and ask the staffs there , they are very friendly and help me .I think both hotels are under the same group but it is a world of difference in services , I think you need to educate them .
