Have just stayed here for two nights in a family room. Room was clean with all amenities albeit the room was rather compact and in the basement! Have to say the staff were very welcoming and attentive and the breakfast provided was of a very good quality. Overall the hotel is in a great location and the communal areas are very well maintained. Would happily stay again as a single or in a couple however not sure I would bother to stay in a family room again particularly if my family room represented the norm. .

I stayed a night in a superior room with a king bed overlooking the square. Staff were very friendly and room was comfortable if a little smaller than I was hoping for. All items in the mini bar were free and there was a mix of soft drinks, which was great although it is a shame that the water was in cartons partly because they were small but also not great from a recycling perspective. Room service was via a QR code with food coming from Bella Italia. The ordering was a little fiddly but the food came promptly and was good. Only gripe is that I submitted 2 queries ahead of the stay and had to chase emails to get a response. Not the end of the world but a little irritating given the room rate I paid for. That said the hotel is literally 5 minutes from Paddington Station and having stayed at other properties in the area with rival brands I think it was a comfortable stay and I would book again.

Brilliant. Great location, lovely staff and great value. Room was really nice , free drinks in the mini fridge and plenty of extras in the bathroom.

Cosy hotel close to paddington station. Nice staff, specially Dia in reception. Good breakfast. Everything good but the rooms were so small. After 2 days qe moved to a little bigger one but still there was no enough space for 2 people. It was cold for us but after getting a heather, it got much better.

There was only one shower door on the actual shower - this meant the full bathroom got wet when I had a shower - no hot water at all
