Service was amazing . Well looked after . Arrived , gave me late check out and breakfast even though not included . Gave me great directions on where to go , a porter wheeled my cases all the way to Paddington Station. Beds great , facilities always amazing .

Great location - the short cut from hotel takes about 2 mins to Paddington station. Perfect for catching tube, train to Oxford or catching the Paddington to Heathrow Express. Excellent breakfast in the adjoining restaurant - the best coffee and omelettes (and nice service)! Good pubs and fast food nearby. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful! Rooms are comfortable but not huge (hard to change that…). I would definitely stay here again and have already verbally recommended to others for both business/ pleasure.

Everything was good except the mattress was really bad, have stayed in this hotel before and not had a problem. Have stayed in a few other Mercures where the mattresses have been lovely. This one was so bad, it gave us both bad backs. Sad considering the price spent on the room.

Our initial rooms air-conditioning did not work. So we were upgraded into a suite which was lovely. Zana was a particularly lovely help. The location is perfect for Paddington station. The hotel was clean the restaurant downstairs a six out of 10, but was super easy to get to the hotel itself is a 9.5 out of 10.
