Cosy hotel close to paddington station. Nice staff, specially Dia in reception. Good breakfast. Everything good but the rooms were so small. After 2 days qe moved to a little bigger one but still there was no enough space for 2 people. It was cold for us but after getting a heather, it got much better.

There was only one shower door on the actual shower - this meant the full bathroom got wet when I had a shower - no hot water at all

Nice location close to Battersea, breakfast was so busy but I understand we went at the busy time ( 10am) had to wait for food to come out, run out of pastries, coffee machine not working but the staff tried their best. The room was nice but very let down with the view of another room/building about 20ft away from my window.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in this hotel and they have a solo traveller policy which is refreshing to see and note. The location is fabulous, steps to Hyde Park and getting to Oxford street. Highly recommend.
