By far the worst room I've had in years. The window lock is broken. The blinds are broken. The shower drain cover is broken. The air conditioner or something similar makes loud noises – even when it's switched off. The water in the shower drains poorly.

The staff were helpful, the location is very convenient, close to Paddington Station, the room is clean and bed comfortable, although bit cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage. We found the breakfast to be very average.

Although the hotel is central to the Paddington part of London, the hotel is tucked away off a main road, making it very quiet for London. Having Bella Pasta attached to the hotel is very convenient for business travellers who may not want to venture far after a busy day. All staff are very attentive and helpful.
