Came for a work meeting. The meeting room in the basement was not suitable for 22 people. We were very crammed in, not enough room for everyone. The room was extremely hot. Staff members kept making noise just outside the room while people were trying to present. A couple of issues in my hotel room itself. The sink is badly designed, every time you turn the tap on the water shoots out of the bowl, covering the room in water. Also the plug socket on the desk is defective, something is blocking it and it won't allow any plugs to go into it.

Dear Tony, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet expectations. Regarding the meeting room temperature, the air conditioning unit was functioning correctly; however, it had not been turned on initially. Once this was raised with management, a member of the team assisted in showing how to operate it, and no further concerns were reported afterwards. We would also note that the back door near the AC unit had been kept closed during the meeting, which limited airflow to your side of the room. In relation to the noise outside the meeting room, the doors to the room had been left open throughout parts of the meeting, which unfortunately allowed noise from the hotel corridor to carry inside. As a working hotel environment, there can occasionally be some background activity in surrounding areas. We also appreciate you bringing the sink design and desk socket issues to our attention.
