We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast however, we are very sorry to read about your concerns regarding cleanliness and the shower facilities. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. During your three-night stay, no concerns were raised with our front desk team regarding cleanliness or noise. Had we been informed, we would have addressed the matter immediately, whether by re-cleaning the room, checking the shower or offering an alternative solution to ensure your comfort. You were allocated a quiet room facing the rear of the hotel. Additionally, there is a secondary door that can be closed to further isolate the room from the second floor and surrounding rooms which usually helps minimise noise. We are proud that the majority of our guests regularly praise our housekeeping team for their high standards. However, we understand that expectations can vary and we regret that on this occasion we did not meet yours.
