The hotel is ideally located for visiting West and Central London. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet day and night in a close with no passing traffic.

Great location - a few minutes walk from Paddington station so from Heathrow to hotel is around 40 minutes.

We were kindly allowed to check in early, although we were asked to scan the QR code on the reception desk but it repeatedly came up with an error message & we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Perhaps there was an issue, we couldn't connect the next day either. Room was small, but I had seen photos so was aware, unfortunately for me it was just to noisy, I could hear doors banging people walking around on the floor above & I barely got any sleep, the only good thing was the location, only 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. We come to London quite often, this was our first time staying here, but unfortunately I don't think we would stay here again.
