My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and were so impressed with the friendly, professional and helpful staff! Our room was small but very clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the location with loads of restaurants and shops nearby, not to mention Paddington station. We cannot wait to return!

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of attention from the staff. Throughout the stay we felt ignored, and at check-out no one made the effort to ask for feedback or even acknowledge our experience. Moreover, multiple emails sent in advance requesting birthday amenities for my father were never answered or addressed. This lack of care and responsiveness does not meet the standards we expected.
