Area felt unsafe. Homeless group camping outside in adjacent doorways. Rooms smaller than anything I've experienced in the Accor group. No acknowledgment whatsoever of Accor (Diamond) loyalty status at check-in or in the room. No curtains on room window - just an ineffective blind that let light fill the room from sunrise. Shower thermostat incorrectly fitted so scolding hot water emitted when 'turned to blue'. Just poor all over.
