It was a nice stay. The location is very close to almost everything I needed (The tube, stores, restaurants, etc). The hotel isn't on a main street so it was quiet.

I am a platinum customer, my room was not ready upon arrival. There was an error in the reservation. It wasn't a double and a triple room as booked. The room was missing a kettle, the elevator was out of order for two days while we were on the 5th floor, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs.

Had 2 rooms - standard king and a twin for 2 young adults. King had no window and I struggled to make air con work but was clean and fine for 1 night Twin was not too clean, shower was a bit grubby with hairs and only half a shower door which was tricky with teenagers! Did not raise at the time as were only there 1 night. Staff were lovely and friendly

Our Mecure London Hyde Park experience was unforgettable and disappointing. Small, dirty, noisy hotel room. Great customer service checking in and out but we were placed in a tiny dirty uncomfortable room behind the check in desk although we were in room 606. We could not open 2 suitcases at the same time. No floor space, no windows, dirty floor and noisy all night. We heard footsteps above us like a cheap apartment, stomping and jumping. We were very disappointed having to share cramped quarters with my spouse. We couldn't relax especially after a sleepless night due to noise. We regret staying there. All our other hotels during our 2 week visit were fantastic.
