The breakfast made me sick on 3 different days. I was told that I was not allowed certain foods. Receptionist told me she would prepare my tray. Not allowing me to do it myself. The code on my door was changed after 4 days of my stay. I received NO NOTIFICATION of this change and nobody could explain why. Receptionist also gave me dirty looks when I passed by in the lobby. Cleaners skipped my room on 3 different occasions. I left the paper on “please enter” I came back later to it being on “do not disturb” there was chewing gum on the support pole of the bed. I had to prompt the cleaner to go back to my room. There was no do not disturb on the door and it was left untouched.

At no point were you restricted from accessing food beyond what was included in the formula you selected. In fact, our team regularly accommodated additional requests during your stay. Guests wishing to enjoy the full range of products available can opt for our buffet breakfast. Concerning the room access code, these can occasionally be updated for technical or security reasons. We regret any inconvenience caused if the information was not communicated clearly. Regarding the housekeeping service, we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding concerning the door sign and room servicing. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Finally, we are particularly surprised by your comment regarding the attitude of our reception team. Courtesy and professionalism are values that we hold dear, and we have no record of any inappropriate behavior towards you during your stay.
