Good location, easy to walk into the city centre and good parking prices. We have stayed here before, but this time wasn't as good. The bed felt like a hospital mattress and there was no shower gel in the shower (as advertised). When I asked for more and another blanket for the sofa bed the receptionist made me feel like she was doing me a big favour!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is close to city center and has lot of parking space. Price was reasonable for summer time.

Wow. This trip was the best hotel experience I have ever had. All of the staff were brilliant and friendly, including Megan Evans who went above and beyond to make my birthday the most special day ever. The hotel is lovely, quiet and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Poor. Air conditioning not working, no wifi, room in poor condition and staff not very helpful. Childrens bed small for two children really for one. Room over priced for what it is and if there wasn't a big queue in the morning I would of requested a refund as one of the worse hotels i have stayed in for a while.
