I booked this hotel to arrive down day before Lewis Capaldi in Cardiff. I've got 2 teenagers and wanted to treat them to a pool, If my other hotel the following night wasn't non refundable I would have cancelled it. Novotel was clean, facilities, restaurant, bar, rooms and staff were top knotch. The pool was so warm, the spa and saunas were just lovely, I don't ever do swimming pools, just one of my things (AuADHD)but even I had no hesitation swimming in it. I so enjoyed it and having that experience with my children and they supplied towels which was really helpful. There was a fully equipped gym but we didn't use it, but it looked well neat. They also supplied as a vending machine umbrellas, handy. Good checkout time I didn't feel too pressured. Carpark was available, although I had issues trying to get in and out when we left, It kept trying to charge me again then it jumped to nearly £100? This was the most challenging for me, But after a while with support we were able to leave.

I experienced an issue with my reservation. I booked a 6-night stay through the mobile app, and as a member, I was quoted a total price of 857.000 JOD. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged 903.000 JOD instead. I was disappointed that the price I paid did not match the confirmed reservation price shown in the app. I would appreciate an explanation for the difference and hope this issue can be reviewed to ensure members receive the rates they are promised.
