One of my favourite stays in a hotel I have ever had. The room was really spacious, very comfortable bed and clean. Really big TV too. The hotel itself is really clean, modern and decorated nicely. We made good use of the pool and spa facilities which were clean and not crowded. The view from the hotel was lovely looking across to the big wheel. The parking was great. Close enough to everything you need. They gave me a free drink in the bar because it was my birthday which was very kind! Staff very friendly and helpful in general. Would stay again.

On arrival we told about the very costly parking I had searched for a hotel with parking not expecting to pay £75. The room was dirty hair in the bath and sink and dirty glasses. We were then given another room with out a fridge we have a new baby and need a fridge . The house maid came but didn’t apologise at all. And made us feel uncomfortable. We were given a free drink for dinner to have my food turn up on a dirty pie of wood I believe it looked mouldy. Breakfast we had a cold breeze blowing on us I believe as it’s open to the back rooms which are cold and when the front open ( wide ) a cold breeze blows through.
