Love this hotel however went on a bank holiday weekend and the pool area was very full with families. Children were being allowed to go into steam room, sauna and gym. Jacuzzi was not available so unfortunately not a very relaxing area as previously experienced.

Very welcoming staff, lift had a mind of its own, our bedroom skirting board was falling apart next to the bathroom, the Sealant around the bath was yellow. The tv we had was not a smart tv we had 3 young children who struggled to watch the tv and the picture kept going green Pool didn’t feel heated it was very cold. Price of food was average the staff in there in the evening of our arrival was not very welcoming, I was not told I can use my accor membership for food it wasn’t until after I spent money on our evening tea I googled it and looked I can get a discount and was not told this, spending £210 for a night I would of thought these things would of been better, we left an item in the carpark which safely was returned to us so thank you again for this

Rooms require attention. Shower didn't work in all three room when on high pressure with the shower head turning to face the wall. The tiles looked like they were cracked. The toilet took several flushes in all three rooms. The safes in all three rooms did not work and someone was meant to come and check but this did not happen. The lights bulbs in 240 did not work on the bed sides. The ladies changing rooms were disgusting, had not been attended too with water not swept up and caused my daughter to slip, towels all over the sides and floor and a bad smell. on Over all not worth the funds paid.

We stayed here on a short break to Cardiff and had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and modern. It was great having such extensive facilities although they were very busy. There are some communal areas which need a bit of a clean and attention but overall we were happy 😊
