I didn't stay as I pointed out to you in September but you refused my request to cancel. What's the point of asking for a review!

I made an error on booking so ended up costing me more than planned. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful, especially as we had card issues. On arrival room was freezing and heating was off. Took several hours to warm up so we had to sit fully clotted in bed. Ideally in winter room heating would be on before arrival. Breakfast pastries were burnt and no apple juice. Not the standard of previous stays with your chain.
