I selected this hotel, because it is the only one offered by Accor (I think there is for sure a lot of potential to explore for other chains). The entire building needs a deep refresh. The room was basic and certainly not up to Accor’s standard. No minibar, no coffee machine. All the furnishings were rather worn and well-used. The only decent thing was the shower, but that’s not enough. We are talking about 261 euro room! Another thing which always drives me crazy is when you are totally ignored. I wonder what is the meaning of giving to Accor our confidence, becoming a diamond client, prefering Accor's structures to others (and there are many many others). All staff should be trained to know the program and what is required.
