All the staff are so helpful. Wide choice at breakfast, coffee well above average. Room a bit tired but otherwise a great stay.

Restaurant for dinner was good and the staff very friendly and efficient. Could have had more selection of wine by the glass. No hooks at all in the rooms including in the bathroom. Paper cups for coffee in the morning. Pillows very uncomfortable. No parking when the football was taking place.

Initial reception was good; our rooms were ready immediately. I needed to change our room as it was unsuitable for my husband, who is partially disabled. The reception staff were excellent, and found us another room immediately, and were at pains to make sure it was okay for us. The selection of drinks available in the room was a little strange for English tastes, (and no milk!) but were acceptable. Breakfast was excellent - a fantastic selection of breads, fruit, meat, cheeses, etc. Checkout was easy & good value
