Everything about the hotel was good. Cleanliness, enviroment, staff and the room were all good. Room did not have a mini fridge or safe. The location is a bit of a walk to town but the area is very safe. Overall I would suggest this hotel for anyone staying in the Bayuex area.

Staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. Shower floor is VERY slippery and possibly dangerous. Room smelled strange but that subsided after a full day. My rating on the pillows is they are about the worst I've experienced.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Novotel. Staff were all very helpful, breakfast was very pleasant with good variety ( hot selection which was a nice surprise). The hotel was really well located on the edge of Bayeaux centre - about 15 mins walk so we could leave our car on the hotel car park without the hassle of time centre parking. A large Leclerc was just round the corner and the D day beaches and memorials within easy reach. All in all a very comfortable and hassle free stay.
