We were greeted by Masamba - who we have met before, and he remembered us from previous visits. What a delightful young man. So friendly and helpful, as are all the staff that we have met. The rooms we booked were just as we expected - clean and comfortable. For a budget hotel, the beds are very good and the bedding always fresh and clean with a bonus (for a budget hotel) of fresh clean towels in the shower room too. There was an adequate selection of snacks and drinks and a microwave in the reception area. We had breakfast from a very good variety of items which was certainly worth the price. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. The only 'problem' I had was that I was unable to access the wi-fi. Please do remember that this is a budget hotel (ie. simple, basic but clean and friendly) so there are not so many 'whistles and bells' - if you want these things, you should probably stay at a non-budget Ibis Hotel.
