Nice comfortable, modern room. Not keen on the pod bathroom layout and there is a shortage of bins in the room (one tiny one in the bathroom). Friendly staff on reception. The attached restaurant is ok and there's a McDonald's next door but that's about it unless you drive.

Our stay was great at the hotel. Front desk manager, Raffael was Excellent while check in. He anticipated our needs and gave us the dining & excursions suggestions. He also, very well accommodated our requests. Not only him but the other front desk staff Nathan and the PM shift agent were very helpful, friendly and kept a smiling face always. I would 100% recommend this hotel to individual travellers or travelling with family. I could not see you while departure so just wanted to Thank you for your hospitality and Thanks for the other agents as well.

A good stay and room/facilities exactly what you would expect from Ibis. Clean and comfortable and staff polite and attentive. Only downside was the air conditioning really wasn't up to the job. It failed to keep the cool.

Our room was very nice, but unfortunately 2 significant hygiene issues: dirty glasses in shower room (toothpaste residue?) and pillowcase with bloodstain The pillowcase had been laundered we think but had been used anyway, which was distasteful to say the least.

Had a good experience overall. Our room was situated next to a pretty noisy loading area. And one thing was that the breakfast was not that fantastic. The greens looked like they were from the evening before, not many options of meats and cheese at the time we were there.
