When I arrived, the man in reception was very rude and condescending. When I asked for the price of a room he said that the Ibis styles was available nearby. Indicating that he thought I could not afford to stay at your hotel.

Stayed here after a long drive on the way home from our holiday. Easy booking and check-in, staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. On site restaurant was very useful, we had a good meal, again staff were excellent on a busy night. Had a great night's sleep in the most comfortable bed of the whole holiday Would certainly stay again

Booked via Accor directly as prices were cheaper than anywhere else. Usual larger Ibis type hotel- modern, clear and well kept with a large car park. Room was booked as a twin and was massive. Consisted of two rooms and was very comfortable. Wifi was fast enough to use on the mobile but slow when working on the laptop. Main compliant with many Accor hotels in France especially Ibis and Ibis budgets is bathroom seems to smell of drainage.

Don't normally complain but €70 for the room in the non-budget Ibis was too high for systemically cheap standard of room: Bad: No toilet brush Shower detergent ran out Only 1 chair but booked for 2 people. Small spider on ceiling above bed. Mattress not good enough. Bathroom plastic module is... Cheap. Good: Large room, Modern Quiet

Well located, except the hotel seemed to have moved up the road. Very comfy bed.

Excellent and quiet hotel for ease of location , proximity to Bayeux and plenty of free parking. Room very clean, good size and comfortable. Breakfast room very clean with a good range of foods. The croissants and madeleines especially tasty. Staff very welcoming and although we are english and tried to speak french, they continued to speak french which pleased me.

Friendly, helpful staff, attached Courtaphille restaurant has gone downhill a bit recently, service can be slow now. I tend not to use anymore but did for one day, evening meal on this last visit as I was with family. Food pretty good when it arrived.Ratings are for hotel not the restaurant...

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of Caen. The staff was courteous and the room was impeccably clean. The restaurant offered a good breakfast. The wifi worked as promised. In all, a no surprises visit.
