This is not the experience we aim to offer our loyal guests, and we regret the lack of communication regarding benefits such as breakfast and the absence of an upgrade where possible. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your first dining experience, but we are truly sorry to learn that your second evening did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the overcooked steak, cold chips, and the lack of attentive service due to the large group present. While we are glad our team was able to offer a complimentary dessert, we fully understand that this did not make up for the disappointment caused. We also regret the disturbance you experienced during breakfast, both in terms of noise and the incomplete buffet.
