Everything as you expect in a Budget Ibis. However the man on reception on our arrival was off hand, dis-interested in us and I felt rude! Thankfully the man on reception when we left the following morning was lovely.

The guy behind the reception was really helpful, even the Kate hour we arrived and was happy even in the morning when we saw him again, hotel was clean and tidy, secure parking and breakfast was ample as well to start the day

Our group of 10 had a 5 night, 5 room stay at this hotel and while adequate for our basic needs, it was less than impressive compared to other Accor hotel stays on this same trip in other cities/countries. The rooms were ill designed and at least 3 of the 10 individuals had head injuries due to the bed configuration. The T.V. in our room did not work, nor did the air conditioning. We opened the window to get a cool breeze but that allowed street noise. At least one person in our group asked for an additional blanket for their room and was told there were none...I have never encountered this before at any hotel. The breakfast was the least appealing and least options of any of our stays at Accor hotels in the two weeks we traveled. The coffee machine did not work a couple mornings. The exterior looked more like a prison than a hotel. Over all the hotel fit our needs but we paid over $6,000 for this stay and was hoping for more...
