Compared to other IBIS hotel rooms that I have occupied the room IBIS Cesson needs to be redecorated and refurbished. The bed was compfortable but the room lacked USB charger socket. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

Very bad customer service, they don't understand their own language!

Very stupid client service, I was not able to travel because of health issues, I contacted the customer service to cancel my stay and get a refund, they told me to try to get the refund from my insurance, if my insurance did not give me a refund, I get back to them. I contacted my insurance to ask for refund, they asked for a justification that I did not stay at the hotel. I contacted the customer service to give me a justification that I did not show up to take my room, they did not provide such justification. Now I am stuck, I cannot ask for refund because of their stupidity and ignorance.

Friendly fuss free welcome, clean comfortable room and a nice breakfast. Great place to break the journey from Cherbourg to Guerande. Nice peaceful spot to recharge yourself.
