Not clear to contact staff not at desk, but she was helpful when eventually arrived at reception Room very nice but shower cubicle redicuously too small

Fulfilled my requirements : a warm welcome with basic amenities such as an available warm dinner enabling me to enjoy to a comfortable rest without having to find a restaurant after a long drive. Comfortable good sized room, a very quiet and restful location. Good breakfast. I did not fill the original "Guest Satisfaction Survey" because I do not use social media, the only "black" note where you blotted your copybook.

Finding the hotel in the dark was a bit of a challenge as it is in an unlit industrial area with no signage, but once there, getting into our rooms was straightforward and our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly the next morning and breakfast was very good.
